    I had a charge of ***** as of today on 3/21/25 an have been emailing them about this charge but they want my to call them to cancel? It seems they have you put in your information for .99 then keep you stuck in the payment loop its impossible to cancel and I dont want another ***** charge on my account again next month. It shouldnt be this hard to cancel your subscription!!

    The date of my transaction was 3/20/25 I was told that it was $.99 for the first five days and didn't tell me how much it would be after that but I was charged $29.99 I can't even find the website so I could cancel this stupid subscription.Seeing all the complaints against this company and seeing all the complaints just like mine how are they still in business.I want my $29.99 refunded back to me and my subscription cancelled if they take the money out of my account again I will contact the United States Attorney General.I'm sorry but this is straight up stealing and this company needs to be held accountable.

    Used the website Information.com to search criminal records and public data the site had a premium service to access the data, the website showed a $0.99 trial to try the service, when signed up I received a charge for both the $0.99 aswell as a completely un mentioned charge for $29.99 that was in no way made aware to me, in an attempt to cancel the service there is zero options on the site to cancel the service and instead only a customer service email and number, both of which have made no response to any made emails, I have requested a refund and cancelation from the customer service email and attempted to call, however there has been no response.

    As I was beginning taxes in Nov 2024, I discovered fraudulent charge for ***** monthly. I called/ she said shed refund/ didnt get it. Today, March 17, they attempted another charge and my bank called to close my card. I called them 3 times and they masterfully said the system is doing this. Anyone can use my email/ Ive not used these services.

    I was being charged by this company at random times for two differant amounts. First 6.99 and then *****. I didnt sign up for anything with this company and I didnt approve this transaction. Im assuming my information was stolen from ************** where I was paying ***** annually but I cancelled in November ********************************************* January. I cannot find a place where I can even cancel an account I never created!

    After reviewing this account, it appears it was created on 1/25/2025 and charged $0.99 for our 5-day trial. Since the account was not cancelled, it was billed for the monthly subscription of $29.99 beginning on 1/30/2025. In order to cancel an account, customers may contact us directly via phone or by emailing customer support. 

    Please keep in mind that when completing your report search, we extend a promotion offering unlimited PDF downloads for a $6.99 monthly add-on subscription. This charge is separate from the trial period. Upon reviewing your account, we observed a self-selected acceptance of our PDF offer.

    It seems that you may have blocked charges with your bank, resulting in a few failed transactions in the month of February. However, we see the scheduled transactions were processed again beginning in March. Our system automatically attempts to bill again if it encounters any failed transactions.

    Per your request, your account has been canceled as of today. Your cancellation confirmation number is 9AW31-1W062. Rest assured that no further billing will occur.

    Information.com let me ask one question for 6.99 + 1.00=7.99 So I get my one question and I opt out. the next thing I get is a charge for ***** plus 6.99 and 1.00=*****.     Information.com keeps changing me every month and I keep submitting messages to ask why they do not cancel the subscription as I asked them to. So they have charged me again and again. At this point I want them to cancel it and I believe they should cancel and refund at least one additional charge, and stop continuing to charge me. I canceled the account.

    I did a one time search and was charged 1$. Information.com then charged me for a subscription of $29.99 to their service, I do not want a subscription and did NOT authorize this. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but feel that this company needs more than a slap on the wrist for this. It is evident they are getting a LOT of complaints about this scam. I am unable to locate the account that was used and cannot seem to have anyone cancel it.
