    I was doing a search it stated if I wanted to see the report it would be $0.99. I provided my card information and I was charged $1 then I was charged $6.99 for membership and then I was charged $35.31 and they don't even show What description that is for it just says $0 when you look into my account. I did not receive the information that was needed for the original search and I demand a refund because I was scammed.

    On Thursday, April *******: I went online to information.com site. I wanted to locate a family members address. I was told by information.com the purchase for the information was 99 cents. Instead of being charged 99 cents information.com was attempting to charge my card $35.13. My credit card company text and email me. And the charge was declined.

    I tried to cancel this subscription online and there is no way to do so except for email and they still haven't cancelled. I don't even want the money just cancel my subscription. This website is a scam.

    I authorized a $1 payment for a 7 day trial. I was billed $35.13 Immediately! Plus some weird $6.99 fee was also billed! NO MENTION OF THE **** ON THE SITE. SITE STATED That I had 7 days to cancel. Most importantly, The I formation was not useful and WAS NOTHING I didnt know. I want all my money back and my account canceled. There is no way to do that on the website. I am very disappointed. Refund my money and cancel my account!

    I signed up for a one time .99 charged to get one of my ex sister in laws email addresses and now information.com is charging me ***** on 3/30 and says another one will be charged on 4/1!!! Why?!? I didnt subscribe for anything else and when I go to their website there is no option to delete my account or unsubscribe from whatever it thinks Im subscribed to! Additionally when you read terms and conditions on the site and go to how to cancel or change subscription it takes you back to the main page and there is no button anywhere!I want the fee reversed and my account with them terminated and deleted. This is the worst set up I have ever encountered.

    On 2/10/2025 I paid $1.00 to Information.com for a trial period. They immediately charged an additional $6.99, which I did not authorize, nor did I sign up for any recurring charges or subscription. Recently, while going thru my bank statement, I realized I was charged $29.99 on 2/18/2025, then another $6.99 on 3/10/2025 and most recently, another $29.99 on 3/17/2025. I would like a refund of all charges to my debit card, with the exception of the initial charge of $1.00.I feel this website uses deceptive practices, intended to rope a person into an unwanted subscription & additional, repetitive charges. They do not seem to be up front with all their ********************* I had no idea I was entering into a subscription. Thank you for any help you can provide me.
