    Have been charged multiple times since November for ***** there is no way to unsubscribe because I cant even login to this website that shows up in my bank statements I tried multiple times and still cannot login I would just like the stop the reoccurring payments please.

    I am rejecting this response because: I stated that I went to the exact website I was charged I entered both emails I have I tried to do forgot password to see if I could login with both emails and nothing did not receive recovery password email on both. I have included all three charges all for 30 thats 90 dollars I cannot get back I cannot unsubscribe from this website that I cant even login to. Had you offered an apology and removed my listing, I would have considered closing the case. However, I cannot accept such a falsehood.     I used this free service in December and paid 6.99 for the report. I never agreed to a subscription and have been charge $***** illegaly. They also do not have a cancel subscription option on their website and instead force you to email them info or call them.     This company had me sign up for a "Free" trial that I had to pay $.99 for and then proceeded to charge my account 2 times for $30 each time. There is no where on their website to cancel the subscription and they state in their terms that there is a form you can fill out to get a hold of them, but when you click on the link to the form it just takes you back to their homepage. I emailed the company and told them to cancel my subscription and then received an instant reply telling me that I need to call them which I should not have to do just to cancel. They purposely make it impossible to easily cancel your membership so they can keep scamming money out of you. There are many other people online that have had this same situation happen to them and this company needs to be held accountable and they need to stop scamming people.

This is the email that was used  *************************** the website has no information on this purchase except for this billing that I have received. There is no record of me even buying the 0.99 search lookup on the website.
