    I did a 1-time search and was charged .99 cents for which I authorized. 5 days later they set up a monthly automatic payment of $35.13 and billed me for which I did not authorize. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

    Used website for a 1 time search and was charged $1 and then have a pending charge of $35.13. Called my bank about the charge and they gave me a phone number where I just get a message saying call back during business hours but don't give you their business hours. This site is a total fraud in my opinion and I see that opinion is shared by others. There should be a quick way to shut down an operation like this. Who is the watcher for this type of scam???

    I was to pay $1.00 for 7 day trial period. I was charged that along with $6.99 and a separate $35.13 charge. Seeking my money back from them. Tried to cancel through them and cant find their info now to do so. Never again!!! I didnt even receive info I was searching for. Just a bunch that wasnt even close to what I put in for.

    I was looking for some information about a person and this site said Free, so I choose that site. Then it says pay .99 cents and gave them all my info including my debit card. Then it welcomes me and I see another charge for 6.99 well I got scammed so I thought I would just search for the info I was looking for. And guess what ? I didn’t get any info!. I want my money back and cancel my subscription with them as it’s 35.00 to renew. WTH - I would have given no stars but there’s no option for that

    They scammed me. Thought I was pay a dollar for the service not realizing that it was a free trial and I would be charged $29.99 for the service. I never received any reports on who I was looking up. I would have never agreed to the service had I known. Buyer beware.

    Based upon what I read on their website , the inquiry was suppose to be one time charge of .99 cents. Then I saw multiple charges on my credit card. I immediately called credit card company and placed a stop payment. I called to cancel and complain and customer service said we have no 99 cent charge, obviously lots of people would disagree.

    Information. Com is a scam. They get your payment Information and say it's only .99 cents then they charge your card 29.95 plus the .99. Legit business don't operate this way. Rip off wish I could give a 0 review.

    If I could rate this company with a BIG, FAT ZERO, I would. On Tue, March 11, I came across this company online and decided to compare it with my own search engine I pay for each month. Information.com, LLC advertised a one-time search for $0.99, so I opted for that. Then they promoted a trial offer for 5 days of using their search engine @ $2.99. I did NOT opt for that, and I closed the app. This morning, March 16, 2025, as I was perusing my PayPal account, I found that Information.com, LLC had charged me an additional $3.69 on March 11th, and an additional $29.99 today!! I would like a FULL refund sent back to my PayPal account immediately. I am an elderly, disabled widow on a very limited income, and I simply cannot afford these high-priced apps that SAY they are providing a service.     Not honest in their business dealings...after 11 minutes cancelled the transaction and was told $ would be returned to my account yet was still charged w/o refund to this day. Have proof to present to ****** for this dishonest transaction. *** this company doesn't deserve a 1 star rating.
