    My doctor wrote a referral for me to get a sleep study with Blackstone. He sent the order over and I began receiving phone calls and text messages. I called them to see how much it would cost me out of pocket and was told after verifying my insurance coverage it would be $50.00, and my insurance would cover the remainder. I was happy to pay the $50 as I had previously forgone having a sleep study performed due to the high out-of-pocket cost. I scheduled my test to be sent out received it, and completed it. I mailed it back and got my results a few days later. Then the harassing text messages and phone calls began. I was told I owed additional money as my insurance would not cover any of the cost. I explained that the first person I spoke with when I verified my insurance and scheduled my test said I would only have to pay $50 as she had verified the cost covered by my insurance. He responded no, that is incorrect and that I needed to contact my insurance. I called my insurance provider and was told that they do not cover any part of any at-home sleep study tests. This should have popped up for the Blackstone insurance verifier, but it seems they decided to bait-and-switch me by promising me only $50 payment was needed total. The collections specialist for Blackstone texted me and let me know I owed the additonal $125 not covered by insurance. I explained that I was told the opposite by the original person whom I spoke with when scheduling (and paying my portion) for the test. I asked to be escalated to a higher up manager since he was not understanding what I was saying.I also emailed the customer service email listed on the company's website. I let them know the situation in a detailed message and in the first sentence of my email I included my date of birth. The only response to my email was asking for my date of birth and since then (5 days ago) I have yet to receive an email response. The phone calls (with no voicemails) have persisted at an alarming rate.

    I have been getting phone calls and text messages to pay a bill that I have already paid. I have told them I paid it and I have confirmation from my bank. They still continue to harass me with paying this bill.

    I did a home sleep study years ago, and paid it. Im pretty sure this whole thing is a scam because the test was a joke. Now, I have been harassed for years on a daily basis. I have explained and showed proof that this was paid. If they call they apologize and say I wont be contacted again, but I am. Every day. I cant find a way to stop the harassment because of their bad accounting. They threaten collections every day and I beg them to do it so I can talk to an actual person who can help me.

    My MD suggested I have a sleep study done with Blackstone. They messaged me to schedule and I attempted to and they informed me due to insurance issue it would not be covered. I understood. Since then, they have texted my multiple times per day for the last few months to get scheduled. Each time I reply stop and every time they message me with a new number. I have begged them for the text messages to stop and they wont !!!! I am beyond done with this. It is HARASSMENT!!!

    Blackstone medical continues to harass me and have gone so far to contact relatives and friends asking if they know me and how to get in contact with me. I have told the company to stop contacting me and they continue to spam me with calls and texts. Every time I block a number a new number calls. Its harassment and they will not stop.

    I was told if I paid $40.55 on 6/22/23 that I would be paid in full ever since then I get a text saying I owe money. I have spoke to them several times and they keep still texting me. I recieved a text 12/01 and I got them to admit that I had paid in full. I have since recieved 5 text requesting I pay my balance one for every day this week. PLease help me get them to stop and to clear up my credit report.

    October, ************************** to Blackstone Medical Services for an in-home sleep study test. I was contacted that day by a representative that wanted my medical information. I gave them both my primary and secondary coverage. I have had the same coverage for several years. The representative asked for the balance of the payment at that first conversation. Then he stated they would have to verify both insurances for payments, and I would receive the test. I never heard anything. Suddenly, it is shipped several days later on a Friday night and must be returned within 2 days. No instructions. I completed the test and returned the kit. Immediately, the harassment about the payment began almost daily. Confrontation bill collectors. After receiving my EOB, I called my secondary insurance claims department. The representative told me to tell Blackstone they would pay the balance of the claim when Blackstone electronically files the claim. I submitted my insurance card again to them. I am consistently told I am out of network and my credit will be damaged if I don't pay them. They are extremely rude and are now calling on a blocked private number listing. they are causing unnecessary stress upon me. I had other options to do a sleep study, but I regret ever agreeing to in-home testing with them. If the bill collecting is so fraudulent, how valid are the test results of their equipment? These are con artists in my opinion. Please investigate whether they should be operating a medical healthcare service. Is this a bogus company?

    I received an unnecessary sleep test order from this company, despite being diagnosed with apnea ten years ago. They led me to believe I would receive more information, but it turned out to be a redundant diagnosis test for a known condition. It feels like a scam; I never requested this test, and they never shared any results. My insurance was charged $289.50 without my consent. They refuse to provide a copy of the purchase order with my signature. I wouldn't have agreed to a diagnosis test I didn't need. Now, they relentlessly call me for payment, which needs to cease.

    Doctor recommended a home based sleep study. I decided against this study but I have received numerous solicitations from this business from several different phone numbers which avoids me simply blocking that number. They have been notified of my decision to not participate in the sleep study yet they continue to contact me regarding activating my insurance benefit for the study. Company is way too aggressive and will not stop attempting to enroll me in the sleep study. They are predatory in their tactics. I wish them to cease all contact/solicitation to me

    Blackstone Medical is attempting to bill me for services that Blackstone knows have been paid in full by insurance. ******** paid most of the charges, and my ******** supplement insurance with ********** Blue Shield of South Carolina aid the balance (copy of EOB attached). I will not communicate with this company directly because of the company's record of insurance abuse and because I am receiving threatening messages from the company. Blackstone knows that payment in full has been made and is attempting their usual scam to have me pay.Latest message: *********************** I am ready to send your test results but due to the nature of this document is imperative to verify your email address first. Please do so. Also, honor your promise as you have agreed upon when you signed the Legal Ticket with Blackstone and you were held financially accountable for any noncovered amount by your insurance. Here is the information again. *********** is ****** with Blackstone Medical Services, the information that was provided by your insurance company left you with an open balance of $35.71 and we haven't received your payment. After attempting several times to contact you with these important details about the past due balance unpaid by your insurance carrier your account is now being handled by the collections department. Please pay the past due amount for the Home Sleep Test today, I could help you by arranging a deferred payment plan with no fees or interest please let me know. Thank you.
