            I went solar through AC/DC sometime at the beginning of last year, around February of 2023, we contracted for 30 YEAR payments, and a warranty and they were paid off in FULL by GoodLeap per my credit and a loan! My system as of two weeks ago started making a buzzing noise, Ive tried to contact them, the line is busy and hangs up. My FPL bill has already doubled, it's never made this constant strange noise before as of it's going to blow up? I'm a single mom of two small kids, I have no where to turn, I don't know who to call. And coming to file **** complaint I find out the business went bankrupt? How can that be so when GoodLeap paid them in full for all those accounts and customers like myself are continuing to pay monthly! Sounds corrupt and criminal to me, also when filing my taxes for this year my tax guy informed me I was lied to about a tax credit that Florida was supposedly offering to go solar so now my bill with balloon for a service that is not working properly or any longer and may be dangerous current! I need contacted immediately. I would like to now how we are moving forward with warranty, repair, or cancel the loan, remove it from my credit report as it stops me from getting ANY other loans at all for home repair, and come get your stuff off my roof thank you very much!

            Our solar panels were installed back in 2021 and was not turned on until June 2022. We were still paying **** $300+ and AC/DC 394+ a month. It took them until May 2022 to tell us that we needed to cancel budget billing to start seeing a change in our billing. We found out that we had a $3000+ credit in which they went back and charged us what we would have paid had we not had budget billing. They credited us back $1700 altough we paid them monthly. I felt that we double paid for this service. We also found out that the inverter system was not installed properly(was fixed). Then in Aug. 2023, we contacted AC/DC about unsecured panels and was told that they would send someone out to look at them. We have not seen anyone or been able to contact the company since. We are now being told by the finance company to contact another solar panel company to fix our problem which is an out-of- pocket expense. We were also told to contact the manufacturer of the panels which was a bust, who told us to contact our insurance company as our warranty does not cover certain issues. Again, there is no one to give us the help we expect to receive as a paying customer. We are told that we must continue paying for these panels although they have issues or have our service interrupted and go into collections. It is not fair or should be legal to allow this company to be excused of their obligation to the client while fixing their issue(s) and expect us to continue paying. They have failed to uphold their part of the agreement while trying to resolve their issues. We should be able to defer payments until they are up and running again( if ever). To have a $100,000 debt repayment with no suitable resolution is not appreciated or good business!
