I am presently going through a NIGHTMARE with this company. PLEASE NOTE : They DO NOT do the actual installation work themselves, they simply farm it out to the cheapest rag tag installers zipping around the state. There is ZERO supervision carried out by this company. NONE ! My brand new roof is now ruined ! and now during the height of constant rain storms!!! I have given them 2 clear and simple options to resolve this and they have refused to choose and provide it in writing . And to make matters worse , they emailed the lender for the solar system "GoodLeap telling them that my system had been successfully installed !! I received a loan filing notice last week from the Florida UCC showing a date of May 27th. When my roof was ruined by these people last month I immediately informed GoodLeap that the loan application was NULL and VOID due to the OBVIOUS . So now I am having to give the go ahead to my attorney and all 3 companies involved will have to be sued for fraud and damages. This kinda garbage just sickens me, I will be keeping the public updated Through this means and every other forum out there. People need to be protected.

We are more than happy to help, however you halted our installation process and then demanded a free solar system and free installation and free roof "repair" when of course we had to remove a few roof tiles to secure a solar system to your roof, so the damages claim is incorrect. If your priority is really the integrity of your roof, the best course of action would be if you allowed us to proceed as we intended and we will not leave your roof damaged or susceptible to leaks.

Please let me know if you would like to move forward as per the signed sales agreement.

You keep saying "WE" and "WE" and "WE " when the Truth is is YOU !!! YOU , HAVE NOT BEEN INVOLVED WITH SUPERVISING OR EVEN SETTING ONE FOOT ON MY PROPERTY TO THIS VERY DAY!!

The owner of the company that put those unsupervised butchers on my roof had to fire them ALL because of the severity of the damage and because of all the other roofs they had ruined. BUT YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THAT , DO YOU ?

YOU ARE THE ONES WHO PUT THOSE BUTCHERS ON MY ROOF ?? YOU !!!

But Noooo, you only care about securing a fraudulent loan . Neither you nor BEAM are in a position to dictate anything or give you opinion or " feelings on ANYTHING AT ALL !! And you know why ? Because you don't care , it's not YOUR new roof that was ruined by a bunch of unqualified hacks.
Keep playing your little game of calling it a simple
" removing of a few tiles" You , Beam and 1st choice Solar will be hearing from my attorneys very soon . Sit tight ...because redemption is coming.

I graciously patiently and reasonably handed you a LIFELINE to help the three companies save face , buy instead you have chosen to put your reputation and companies on the line. YOU chose instead out of pure greed , to commit fraud and report a "Successfully installed" system when YOU KNEW IT HAD TO BE HALTED BECAUSE OF YOU !!!! YES YOU !!

I was very excited about going solar, and was pleased with my choice of solar companies. Initially the customer service offered by Modern Concepts was superb; however, that all changed once the unit failed inspection. The inspector found an issue with the grounding wire issue on 5/11/22. He advised that he would submit an electronic message to MC and once the installer corrects it they can send an electronic photo for him to sign off on. No need for another visit, so there should be minimum delay with getting the system turn on. I was feeling hopeful and not too worried at that time. Well, after a week of not hearing anything back from MC, I called to follow up. No answer. I left voice mails on 3 different mail boxes. No response. I sent an email to Kaylea to follow up. No response. Two weeks later, I tried calling again. After leaving two voice mails, and again receiving no response. I called and finally got someone on the phone. I was advised they are looking into it and would call me back with an update. No call back. Here we are today, 6/3/22, and I have yet to hear anything back from Modern Concepts. I called again this morning and left voice messages on two different mailboxes. I'm not very hopeful that I will receive a returned call because they have yet to do so to date, so I'm taking to submitting a review in hopes that someone will call me back! My next step is reporting them to the BBB because the company is very misleading.The customer service is excellent all the way until you get the panels installed. AFTER INSTALL, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR!!!

Tiffany, we apologize sincerely for the gap in communication. Our lead customer service specialist suddenly had to take a short leave of absence for personal reasons. We have been trying to bridge the gap as best as possible. I apologize that we have fallen short to meet your needs. Customer service is extremely important to us, so we are working on adding more representatives to that department. Since this review, we have been in contact consistently and have made much progress with your project, as we believe you can concur.
