I was contacted by Premier event solutions to market and rent out my timeshare. I was told that there was a 100% success rate backed by a full refund within 6 months if I didnt at a minimum receive the $2096. Ive contacted multiple times by ************* regarding rentals and or the refund of my deposit, and I have not received anything back.Business response

Paid the business $1600 for them to be able to use our get away weeks for their business clients. They said that they get offers and as long as we accept the amount that the client is offering we will make our money back in the one transaction. They would send a request and then ask for alternatives, I would check and if not available then I'd send alternatives. I would contact them and they would not answer their phones. Was told if they don't get any rented out for me I would receive a full 100% refund. There hasn't been any rented out and there hasn't been a return of funds. Seems that they clearly have scammed us. Premium Event Solutions called me about renting out my UVC/ RCI timeshare and said they would give me $1800 each time they rented it. On 7/17/21 I gave them $2394 for contract number 201910-1332981. On 10/4/21 I received a request for me to see if there was an RCI property available in *************,** for 1/14/22 that they could re nt for someone through me. I couldn't find anything and started worrying about the legality of this practice. Their contract said that if they had not given me a rental within 18 months that I would receive all of my money back. I didn't get any more offers and when I called to ask for a refund, their number was no longer working. On 2/10/23 I called the number I had for them and got a recording saying that they would call me back. I called again on 3/3/23 and got the same message with no one returning my call. I tried several different numbers for Premium Event Solutions and ********************* in ******* and all the numbers were no longer working. I would appreciate help getting my money back!Thank you, *********************** They would not let me retrieve my contract. I tried everything I could think of. I was contacted by Premium Event Solutions for them to offer my timeshare for a set price if we pay the reservation payment. We paid money upfront for them to do this. They promised their services to work 100% success rate within 6 months. We receive 3 emails and responded to them for availability within 1 hour of all emails sent to us. None of them worked. We have never received any more offers and it has been a year. They will not answer their phones or reply to emails. There is no way to the reservation money, which there was never any reservations made, returned to us.Business response

I gave Premium Events Solutions $1,800 over one-year ago to place my timeshare with an agreeable party. They sent me offers which I had to confirm but nothing matched what they wanted. The last time I heard from them was December, 2021. I have called and e-mailed them several times with no response. They promised that my money would be returned if they could not find me a match within one year. I now want my money back. Anything you can do to help would so much be appreciated. Premium Event Solutions, *********************, *******************, *********, ******, *******, *******************************, and ***********************, have all misrepresented information and not performed in finding renters for our RCI timeshare. Premium Event Solutions (PES) has not forwarded valid offers to us. PES has not presented us with real opportunities to offer getaway weeks at resorts to PES clients. The high pressure telephone presentation of what will happen regarding prospective PES clients that want to rent vacation property weekly rentals is a false representation of what you actually do. The telephone presentation emphasizes "Guest Certificates" for weekly RCI resort rentals during which clients attend a Sales Presentation to purchase at that timeshare resort. It is implied that resorts in the Orlando **** are so busy with attendees at convention center events that clients will pay $1600.00 or more for weekly resort accomodations: this is your "Bait". Then, PES "switches" to a tactic that pretends to present potential people interested in renting at other resorts. We are completely disappointed in PES. PES has not performed as stated it would during the phone conversation on December 22, 2021. We are demanding the return of all our money.Initial Complaint

I received a solicitation in December 2021. *************************, told me that it nearly 100% guarantee that he could rent my 6 weeks of RCI member "bonus weeks". He gave me his personal cell (not really) and said call any time. They charged be around $1900 and said the $9600 was all but guaranteed and that we'd do it every year. I received no calls or no offers for the first 3 months which was shocking because ***, said that the offers for conventions/etc were already lined up. I tried to call *** directly 3-4 X's and they said he was out at conferences trying to get my weeks rented. BS. I continued to call the customer service line and they were nice , they told me that the offerings would be coming in very soon. Two weeks later, I got 1-2 requests but the weeks were not available, they promised dont worry more are coming........more BS. Over the next 6 months, I got 1-2 more offers and only one was a match. Here we go, right......not... the requestor cancelled. The last three months absolutely no offers and now customer service doesn't answer any calls. ***'s personally line is no longer his.....I threatened legal action (which I will do ) if I don't get my money back. This is a scam from the start. I work for a company that records all my calls so I should have plenty of ammo. Why is this company still in business?Business response

We understand your concerns. Upon review of the account, offers have continuously been submitted in regards to the account. The available unit as referenced above was an alternative that unfortunately they were not able to utilize, but was being cross referenced with additional events for a match, as well as more offers. On November 5, 2021, *********************** spoke to me about using my RCI TimeShare extra vacations to sell to some of their corporate partners during different trade show and corporate events so they can rent out available rooms close to the events. I was guaranteed that I could earn as much as $10,000 for all 4 weeks. They would contact me via email/phone and ask me to check on availability of properties near corporate events. I would be able to secure a week in the location and would be paid $ 1,800/week for the reservation. I agreed they could try. Here's the catch, I would need to pay $3,000 to them for their work advertising to secure the reservations. I specifically asked if at the end the term, I would get the $3,000 if they could not secure the reservations. I was TOLD, I would. I have since contacted them often to find out where the potential reservations are as I had yet to secure a reservation.That was almost 11 months ago and I still do not have a single reservation nor my $3,000 returned.I am contact BBB to make sure no one else enters into any kind of agreement w/Premium Event Solutions as they DO NOT provide the service they offer!Business response

We understand your concerns. Upon review, we have continuously been submitting offers to your email. We did inform you prior to signing up that the only refund option was within the first 10 days of signing up and that after that, we would continue to market your time until all the weeks have been rented. I was contact on August 24, 2021 by ************************* about advertising my getaway weeks (total of 6) for sale and assured by everyone involved that they would have no problem selling these weeks. I was also told that maintenance and tax fees that I paid to me resort covered membership with *********************** which this company they used to sell these weeks. After several months, I finally received an offer, but found out that I had to call ********************** and see if these weeks were available. This is when I found out that I did not have a membership with this company as I was told by Premium Event Solutions and had to spend an additional $100 to activate membership and see if these dates were even available to use. Since this time, I have only received approximately 4 offers that all fell through and with the up-front fee of $1995 (activation fee for the 6 weeks I apparently didn't have originally to begin with) and having to renew membership with ********************** (which I was not expecting to have to do), I am out over $2,000 with no return. This company misrepresented themselves and owe me a refund for the $1995 that was paid for services not rendered and disclosed and promised. I sent emails on 06/14/22 and on 08/02/22 requesting refund and have not received any response. I also sent a certified letter to *****************************************************************, on 08/16/22 that was returned to me as "No Longer Here"Business response

Is the email we have on file still the most accurate one for you: ******************* If this is not correct, please email us with your account information so we can update and provide offers to the correct email. I am rejecting this response because: I have forwarded along with this response, a copy of the emails sent to cancel and be refunded by this company along with the last "offer" that they sent me. Also, my email has not changed. I was receiving periodic emails from this company until I requested a refund. All emails ceased once I sent the cancellation request.
