      We were contacted by Premium Event Solutions (PES) on April 2, 2021 and told about their program of renting out unused Get Away weeks related to our timeshare and membership in Interval International (II). We spoke with Brittany C., License # TPXXXXX, the "Rental Advisor". She explained that for us to use our Get Aways, it costs $299/week and we can use up to 6 Get Aways per year. Their company would advertise with businesses and the general public to rent a vacation week for $1800 and we would be paid that rental amount. She explained that we would pay PES $1885 for our 6 Get Away weeks and with one rental, we would essentially get our money back and any other rentals would be money that we could use to pay our annual maintenance fees, etc. Said that we would be sent offers and that we needed to respond in a timely manner. I made notes during the phone call and wrote down that they had an 180 days guarantee if we had not gotten a rental within 180 days. I asked her how their company made money if we were the ones receiving all of the rental money. She said that part of the agreement with companies or individuals renting the timeshare week was that they would be required to attend a timeshare presentation and the place doing the presentations paid PES. Ms. Cote said we would receive 'offers' via email. PES contract has a statement that 'If I have not received an offer, I have the option to cancel at any time upon written request'. My understanding of that statement and other verbal statements made by Ms. C. was that we would at least get $1800 from a rental or we would get our $1885 refunded. However, the emails sent by PES that use the term 'offer' tell you that an interested party wants to rent a certain vacation property during a specific week and you find out it is available from II. There was never matching availability but PES calls that an 'offer'. I can't get a call back or answer to email. PES is a fraud and haven't delivered what they guaranteed

This is not a response, it is another delay tactic by PES. I called every day starting 3/28 and left messages for B.C. and never received a call back. Then I sent an email on 4/6/2022 and again did not receieve any response. If PES planned to respond in any way, they had plenty of opportunities. This company is a sham and I want a full refund. The fact that they have no record of missed calls and messages being left as well as an email just shows what poor business practices are being used by PES. This business is shoddy and a sham. I want a full refund.

      First encounter: On 9/17/2021 we paid $2,000 to rent 6 weeks of RCI out. Turn around time is 60-90 days but can be up to 180 days. Was told that the market is hot and should be about 60 days. I need to call RCI by 11/26 if I haven't heard anything back yet. I spoke with Alla M. and her number is ************ or ************** extension ***. This is through premium events. Website is premiumevents.*** Follow up email: I spoke to Mary G. today 11/29/21 and the customer service department and she said that I should be receiving offers within 10 business days if I haven't received any offers give her a call back. I received a phone call saying that they had a group interested in one of the sites and I called Blue Green and they were all booked up and the closest rental was 2 hrs away. Premium Events Solutions said that they would call me back with another offer and I've never heard from them again. When this was sold to me, Alla said that the market was booming and it shouldn't even take 30 days to get an offer. I would like to file a complaint and get my $2,000 back. I also see that Jennifer H. never signed the contract.

We now have your account noted to call when offers are sent to ensure you check your email. Also, due to both names being on the account, that allows either of you to contact us for updates but it is only required to have 1 owner's signature on the document. We are working diligently and will follow up with offers and a phone call.

      The business claimed to assist and if they were not able to then they would refund my money. I have asked for playback of the recorded call and no one has provided it. I am supposed to receive a service but have not been given the service for over a year now. The company is fraud and took my money without delivering what they have guaranteed.

      Was called by premium event solutions to sell my weeks from my time share. the pitch seemed ok. entered in to contract with them. They have not performed on any of there contracts. that they promised. Also they do email me with dates to see if there available. Not one has gone through, they have even called for a resort that is no longer available.. and does not exist. So far nothing what recourse do i have,.

As I said in complaint this 400 dollar check was to keep me quiet after no action on there part. Still have not received a full week action for my weeks in a 120 days per there contract. Have not heard from them since my last contact 2 weeks ago. They have tried to nothing since. No word no contact period. Have done more research I am pretty sure this a scam promised 7000 to 8000 dollars in 90 days to 180 days. I am at 120 days. So I still believe they are not doing there job. They first said 1600 a week then lower it to 1400 a week still nothing . and were talking about March April or May rentals. The 400 was for a two day rental with no formal week or contract just a name but no location. Pretty bad smells like a scam . Have asked my credit card company to ask company for my refund. They think this a scam also, not the first time they have heard about this company it has other names with same address in Florida. As I write this have not received another rental week yet also, Better business department CHECK ABOUT THERE Convention dates I will bet you can't find one Convention date in any city with them having a booth there. Just check. ****** ******.

I do not accept the sellers response because it is just empty promises that they know that they will not fulfill.
