This place is a joke! Horrible people and service. No consideration for anyone. All they want is money and their commission. I got all 4 tires was lied to about the contract they told me for all 4 it would be  1100.00 went to sign the contract and it said 1400.00 I asked why it says 1400.00 he said oh it’s not we just have to make them a certain way but your only paying the 1100.00 I said ok I asked repeatedly to get logged into the website to check my account and got the run around every time. Never could get logged in Yeah, what a joke! Then I asked what my balance was he said 1100 something I asked why it was still at 1100 when that was the beginning balance and he said well you started with 1400.00 bland and made 3 payments. So I was lied to and then told him I would bring them back unfortunately thurs morning 7/18/2024 I scheduled to bring them back my sister had shot herself in the head I had been at the hospital all day up until this morning at around 9:00am I had to come home and get myself together I come out to go back to the hospital and they are taking my tires put my car on blocks damaged my car and now going to cost me 900 to fix the damage I called to RNR and complained about the damage and stated that I want my rims back and they was so rude and inconsiderate I told them what I was going through and they said oh well should have paid your bill. You have 72 hours to come get your rims and hung up on me I called the west store and she was also rude and hung up on me! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Simple never go to RNR THEY ARE A JOKE AND LIE ABOUT THEIR CONTRACTS! And are very RUDE!!
