    This transportation services was rendered to me for workers comp the people that have been handling my case since day one must be apart of a human trafficking ring because they keep making sure I don't make it to my doctors appointments and visits to the emergency room these people are stalkers and love to play games beyond unprofessional they purposely send driver and cars that aren't handicap accessible and cars that are dirty and smell like someone just had sex in them to me everytime I use their service I'm not with the games leave me alone and do y'all jobs I won't be silent or oppressed.

    I just had knee surgery and have therapy sessions that I still can't attend for a week because the carrier has not followed through each time. Their customer service agents are so rude and mean that one time when they were supposed to take me to a therapy session. They didn't show up without any explanation, I called them to find out what was going on, and Angie, one of their employees, told me that if I wasn't happy, I could just go somewhere else. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was hung up after half an hour on the phone. I still have not been contacted by anyone in management—just a little idea of the type of service they provide. 4/11/2023
