This company sold me a truck with a mileage error and failed to disclose it. Shady and illegal business practices. When I asked them for the info to the last auction house so I could get the error removed they declined to help. They're in this business to scam people.

Major Scammer Alert. Do not buy a car with Ali & Sal. Tampa Bay Auto sold me a flood car and hid it well. It is unlawful in Florida to sell a car without disclosing that it has been in a flood/salvage title. My husband asked Ali if this was a salvage title and of course he lied and said that it wasn’t . Somehow this fact was left off the CarFax report because had I seen it I would have never purchased the RAV4. I received the car here in MD with two key fobs that do not work (another detail they did not tell me upon me purchasing the car) and I noticed the door handles were corroded. This led me to go to Toyota, upon researching the issue, the techs discovered rust in the car by the pedals that Tampa Bay Auto tried to cover with spray paint. A bent interior frame was also discovered further leading them to believe the car was flooded and cleaned up. They immediately suggested that I send the car back to avoid future issues. Ali the scammer agreed to buy the car back, which he received on 2/28/24, now he is dodging giving Capitol One the money back to get the lien out of my name. You all please be careful, these con artist are selling vehicles at these great prices because most of them are lemons. These people are not to be trusted with your hard earned money.

I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra from Tampa Bay Auto. The truck is excellent and very reliable no issues at all and the price I paid was very reasonable and cheaper than other dealers. I highly recommend this dealership, very honest and professional. ***** ****

I recently bought a car from this dealership 'Tampa Bay Auto/ Auto Experts on 8540 N Dale Mabry Tampa. FL 33614. I paid $9000 for a 2015 Volkswagen Passat from this place and the car was a lemon. I realized it was a bad car 8 days after buying the car becuase the car was shaking as i drove and started making weird flappy noises coming from under the hood of the car so I went back to the dealership to tell them the car was making crackling sounds and that I no longer wanted the car. The owner of the dealership did not want to give me a full refund and he did not fix the cars' issues. Instead he told me nothing was wrong with the car despite me having video footage of the car making the sounds. Fast forward time to 31 days after purchasing the car - the car broke down on the side of the highway. I found out from a mechanic that the fuel pump went out in the car, and the engine fan had a crack in it and needed to be replaced immediately, the windshield wipers were also bad and needed replacing and so the wipers scrapped the windshield so the windshield needed replacing as well. The car charger port was also not working. I would like for everyone to be aware of this place and to never buy a car from here!. I contacted the owner of dealership about the car a total of over 5 times throughout the month i had the car. After car broke down, the owner yelled at me and told me it was my fault that the car broke down (despite me telling him weeks before this happened that something was wrong with the car). I had a friend who also went there to look at a different car and he realized before buying the car that the mustang he looked at had many issues as well. I have traded the car in now but i am still out of $1500 so i would like this amount to be paid by the dealership or some type of resolution for this, because I am out of money that i paid to fix up the car and i did not get the full amount for tradein. This dealership deserves to go out of business for selling lemon cars.
