1 starMy wife and I went to this auto sales place named Victory auto mall in Brandon FL. With are credit we were approved by two loan departments. We were excited. Mo joe blow. The GM said 3000 down we agreed not being able to see the actual down. Come to find out we got approved with 2500 down out of the 3000 down we payed 2750. With 250 owed we thought. When our new finance company told us 2500 down and they contacted the dealership for our refund for over pay. These these Pakistan thieves will not refund us even though the financial services told them they over charged. And threatened to take care back which now belongs to our financial services. Please please be careful watch all you paperwork they will try to screw you big time. They should be in prison. We are still waiting for our refund. Please find all your auto needs other places

Do not buy from this dealership they will scam you they never come through with their warranties and good luck reaching the service department over the phone. Very shady and terrible company to do business with. My car was broken down for 2 weeks and I been trying to get it fixed for over a month. At this point it's voluntarily turned over to the lender.Victory Auto Mall LLC

We feel sorry for your negative experience Our service department is always on top of their costumer service, We have reviewed your file I see that you purchased back in oct/ 2023 also The warranty that came with your purchase is for 2 years and its covered nationwide from the lender so you could've taken it to any certified shop of your choice at no cost to you If our service department was fully booked at the time.
God Bless

Warning, warning warning do not buy here. This place does not care about their customers bought a car after less than three weeks. It had a major electrical malfunction. I reached out to the owner ****** who refused to come to the phone. He was just hiding behind his finance manager, ***, who turned out to be just as bad as him. I strongly suggest nobody do business with this place they will do whatever they have to to get you in the car after they get your money, you are no longer their problem. they refused to refund my $500 deposit after the lender ACC told me to return the car to them for dealer compliance because the car was unsafe to drive please if you were looking for a new car for yourself or a loved one save yourself, the headache and the aggravation and take your business to a reputable shop . This place is not rated very good. The BBB reviews are a nightmare, and the owner is quite frankly a horrible person to do business with. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Warning, warning, warning do not buy here.Victory Auto Mall LLC

Hello, ******.
Unfortunately the vehicle you purchased had a sensor go out causing the light to come on. Instead of you giving us the chance to fix it you called the bank and said you were not going to pay for the car. We never got the opportunity to repair the car. I personally offered to tow the vehicle from your home and back to you when we fixed the sensor. However you declined that option.
To anyone reading this review please remember there is always two sides to every story and there is absolutely no way that we would not try to fix the vehicle after the sale. We have been in business for nearly seven years now and we have thousands of satisfied customers who're repeat shoppers at our dealership.
It is unfortunate that we're both in this situation.

????WARNING!!! BUYERS BEWARE! ????STAY AWAY FROM VICTORY AUTO MALL in *******, **. Stay far away from this "dealership." I was going to give them 3 stars because they are allowed to take down posts with less than 3 stars, supposedly, but I'll take my chances. I want to make sure EVERYONE can read this and save themselves from being ripped off and sold an unsafe/uninspected vehicle!! Not only did they put my family and I in two different death traps but when we came back to them after the second death trap they treated us like we were scumbags and that we were the ones wrong for trusting them and buying a car from them that needed over $5,000 worth of work done to it, within 4 months of driving it off the lot, after we spent $12,000 on the car. Stay far away from them they are scam artists and sell unsafe and unreliable cars that are not safe and then turn around and blame it on us for trusting them and then make my down payment disappear. If you are shopping for a vehicle I seriously advise to not go to Victory Auto Mall *******. They will do you dirty. Makes me sick that they could take advantage of hardworking people like this. I've contacted all news channels and ******* ********** of *********** and ********* Services. Hopefully this will keep them from being able to sell anyone anymore death traps. As a single hardworking mother I'm disgusted, I will be posting everyday on their site to remind buyers how shady they are! Stay away from this place!! If you do decide to purchase definitely have your own mechanic do a full inspection for your safety. I lost over 20 grand by putting my trust into this dealership that's nothing but a scam and had no interest in selling me something safe for my family. Such a shame. Just isn't right.Victory Auto Mall LLC

Hello,
This customer *********************** "*****" did not apply with us or buy from us, her friend did.
*******'s "friend" requested to change vehicles we were unable to provide financing, based on the privacy laws I am unable to discuss because why ******* or "*****" is not the actual applicant or owner of the vehicle.
******* or "*****" was requested to apply for financing to assist her friend however she had stated that she can't based on her credit worthiness.
It is not Victory Auto Mall's fault that his warranty on the car that her friend purchased is expired. It is not Victory Auto Mall's fault that consumer credit files change and it is not Victory Auto Mall's fault that wear and tare happens to vehicle's! Victory Auto Mall made repair's to *******'s or "*****'s" friend's vehicle at absolutely no cost to the customer. We even tried to trade her friend out of the vehicle along with cover some of the down payment!
Just because negative things happen in life does NOT give you or anyone else the right to harass or slander a business or someone personally!
Both ******* or "*****" and her friend have been both posting on our ****** reviews and then deleting them every time we get positive reviews then reposting the reviews to the top of the page, to one slander the dealership and two put there experience based solely on her friend's unfortunate negative life events. This has been going on for months now and it does not stop! I can't prove that they have their friends copying and posting the same reviews on the account as well. ******* or "*****" and her friend and reported to ******** for the same harassing reviews, dealership posting's of negative remarks, they're banned from the dealership because of their aggressive, lewd, obnoxious behaviors!
With the constant harassing on social media and company account's this has to be criminal.

5 starsBought a used car from Carmax auto and they sold me a 2015 **** fiasta, hatchback and had ******* miles. I saw on guru the same car, but the more expensive model, which is a sedan at Victory Auto mall. The car at Victory Auto was in much better condition and only had ****** miles. So I returned the car at Carmax and Victory Auto paid for a taxi to take me to them, which was 45 minutes away. The car at Victory Auto Mall was ***** dollars cheaper than the car sold at Carmax Auto and had ****** less miles and as mentioned was is better condition. I immediately bought the car at Victory Auto mall and they did not force me to get a warranty, but Carmax pushed me to get a warranty.Once I took the car home, there were some minor repairs and Victory Auto fixed everything and even gave me a check for ****** dollars to fix the radio.I recommend anyone to go to Victory Auto Mall and see their cars and trust them with their 30 day guarantee.Plus, no pressure sales and very nice and professional staff.VICTORY AUTO MALL HAS A 30 DAY GUARANTEE TO FIX ANYTHING THAT IS WRONG.Go see them, they are great!!Review fromnora k
