      On Thursday 11/21, I used the valet offered at ****************, provided by Sunshine Valet. I parked at approximately 4pm. At approximately 7:05pm, I returned to get my car. I waited for about 10 minutes, and my car never showed up. After many, many different stories from multiple employee, I was approached by a gentleman that told me he was the owner, he offered to call a lock *****. At this point it was determined they lost the key to my car. I had to have family bring me a spare key. There was no attempt by the gentleman who claimed to be the owner, or any other employee, to remedy the situation.

We deeply regret the frustration caused by the temporary misplacement of your car key and the delay in resolving the situation. We want to clarify that while your key was misplaced that evening, our team located it later that night. To ensure its safe return, we delivered the key directly to your home the following morning. We understand, however, that this delay caused you significant inconvenience and stress, and we apologize for the disruption it caused to your evening. We recognize that our communication during the incident did not meet the standards of service we strive to provide. While our team worked to address the issue, we fell short in offering clear updates and immediate solutions to minimize the impact on your experience. In response to this incident, we are retraining our staff to ensure situations like this are handled more promptly and professionally in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our processes and customer service.Once again, we sincerely apologize for this experience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We value the opportunity to make things right and hope to regain your trust in the future.
