I have been receiving the Defy skin tag remover over the last five or six months. I accepted the first box, but when the second box came, I just returned it, box unopened. I keep getting a box about every month and didnt sign up for a subscription. Any of the boxes (2) if they have been opened have kind of a mold around them /or odor, and I dont want those because they somehow have a problem. Ive looked for a way to contact the company and cant find one since there is NO packaging slip. It doesnt do any good to return it to the processing center. I keep getting a new one. Im tired of this. *** contacted the ************** and they cant do anything except returning them for me. Im not getting any satisfaction out of stopping the delivery from the company!! How do I get delivery stopped and get repaid for all of the other boxes (6 with 5 bottles/box) Ive sent back? I purchased defy skin tag removal online. When the cost hit my bank account I was shocked at the price. I was expecting it to be much lower. When the product arrived I didn't even open the box. I contacted the company and got an RMA number. The **** K2SKTAGXXXXX4529 issued on 8/8/2023 the amount of purchase was $199.88 On 9/5/2023 I returned the unopened package via **** GROUND ADVANTAGE the tracking number 9534-6127-4662-3248-2951-65 the package was insured. It was sent to ******,********* ***** that is the only part of the address that shows on my receipt. I have waited and waited for a refund to my account but none has been forthcoming. I contacted my bank and the phone number they gave me is not working. I purchased Defy skin tag remover over 4 months ago. I requested one bottle and received two. I was also charged for two bottles. The product did not work. Plus, I started receiving a delivery of two bottles monthly since and have been charged from my account from them. I have spent well over $400.00 including the original transaction. I have attempted to contact the company by phone and email with no reply or the sight is erased. It is not my intention to request my money back. It was my fault that I did not read the fine print regard auto fill after the 30 day period. My request is to have my information removed from Defy's database and stop sending me more products and charging me for them. I ordered the defy product on January 6, order #********. At that time I was charged $129.88. At no point did I sign up for a subscription and yet a month later another box arrived and another similar charge was made. It is now March (everyday I fear the arrival of another box) and I have been charged AGAIN! And despite having emailed more than once and attempted to call (a number that is not in service) I have received no help nor been able to make contact. Previous customers have been told they needed to cancel their account. I do not have an account with which to log in to cancel the fictitious subscription. Additionally, both orders I received had mold, yes, white, fuzzy mold on the dropper tops. Gross!!Regardless of whether the product works or not (not) the fraud of being unwillingly placed in a subscription and then being unable to access a way to cancel it is appalling.I want my money back for all but the first order. This needs to be addressed immediately

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
As per checking, we issued a full refund for the last order in March. Please note that we strictly follow our 30-day return and refund policy which is indicated in our Terms and Conditions. While I understand your 30 day return policy, I wonder if it is also your policy to charge your customers and ship them items they did not want or know were coming
I also wonder if your orders always come with mold on the bottle tops. Or perhaps I am the lucky few for whom this was true in every case
I am simply asking for my $129 be returned to me. It seems a small price to pay for your unethical and disgusting business practices.
The idea that I might be satisfied (your words) with your product is laughable and ridiculous. I accept the fact that *** ordered a product that absolutely does NOT do what it is marketed and promised to do. However, to auto subscribe every customer, with literally no way to access to cancel, is just, well, theft and fraud.
And to top it off (pun intended), when there is literally mold on top of every bottle received, I dont even want to touch them.
I have 5 untouched bottles. You are welcome to ask me to send them back. I dare say, if you attempt to sell them to someone else, there is a whole other issue of ethical, health and safety items that need to be addressed by your company.
Refund my money. It is as simple as that.

I googled them before hand and found others had been enrolled in auto-shipments so I made sure as I purchased them that there was nothing suggesting that I would be enrolled as well.Today, I just received another shipment I did not order.
