First time actually writing a review with the BBB, however, this company needs to be stopped or there needs to be a class action lawsuit. My return window is very much expired as I ordered this last year, but I too was automatically enrolled in an autoship program where I ended up dishing out approx $1,000 on my credit card. I remember very specifically checking the 'One time Order' box and absolutely did not authorize or acknowledge autoshipping. Due to leaving my home for a couple of months while dealing with a family emergency, I did not notice these home deliveries until my neighbor finally said "Do you want me to ship all of these boxes to you". I had to actually cancel my credit card in order for these to stop. Dealing with a family loss and financial hardships, I could just not contact them in time for a refund but this company is criminal and needs to be held accountable.Defy Skin Tag Remover

These people are thieves. I have been trying to reach them on and off for months while, during that time I've been caring for and watching two family members die. I did reach someone after the first shipment when they sent me and charged me for something additional that I didn't order. They reversed that charge and I thought I was finished with them.I've since received 4 - with another coming - packages that remain unopened. All I would like to do is return them for a refund. I spent quite a long time on the phone with someone who "apologized for my inconvenience" but said that was impossible and he refused to confirm the address to return them. He said he has cancelled any future orders, but that remains to be seen.Nobody has that many skin tags - and the people of this company should be ashamed of themselves for 1) repeatedly sending and charging for orders that have not been placed (I don't care about an implicit understanding that reorders will come unless I tell you not to send them. That's not how purchases are supposed to work), and 2) being deliberately hard to get a hold of.Defy Skin Tag Remover

While I appreciate the one time credit, I would appreciate even more being able to return three other unopened shipments for a refund.I would also suggest that you make it easier for people to get a hold of you to cancel their "subscription". I was caring for ill family members, and didn't have time for an in-depth search for your customer service. I did attempt to cancel after receiving the second shipment, but you must not have received my request.I have a feeling that 90% of your business is due to unwanted automatic reorders, but if you can sleep at night making money this way, there's nothing to be done about it.Review fromCraig T

Terrible experience! Terrible product! Terrible customer service! I sent an email on 1/15; second email with additional info after phone conversation with a representative; third email- Did you even read my emails? You did not address the issues! You asked for pictures. I do not know how to send pictures (that I do have) over email. I have 2 bottles. One opened, one unopened. You refunded the sealed bottle. I asked why you would not refund the opened, tried one time bottle with unsatisfactory result. I asked isnt that what a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE means? I tried to let this go out of frustration, but after reading other negative reviews, I noticed for the first time that each bottle, opened and sealed, is ONLY HALF FULL!!! There is also a foamy white glob of something resembling cotton coming out the top. I have been cheated and ripped off with poor response. Will you please refund the $64.94?!Defy Skin Tag Remover

Would it, could it, yes it is ZERO stars.Business ethic and conduct is awful. Product doesnt work. **************** is virtually nonexistent. As most, I was unknowingly entered into an auto-ship. Without an account, I was unable to access this to cancel said shipments. It took three orders (which were NOT refunded) to get thru the red tape. Worst of all: every bottle I recieved was moldy. Even if their **** product worked, the fact that it arrived with mold on the dropper tops is OUT OF ORDER!And to this, I have yet to receive even a single were sorry, what can we do? I have attempted multiple times to cancel my order. UNABLE to get a human on the other line. I emailed the company to cancel all future orders, yet they keep sending me orders AND CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD!!! I never agreed to repeated orders yet they keep coming and as do the charges.
