Its nice to see some companies still do everything youre suppose to. I am very comfortable and confident recommending **** and the entire Apex team. They only ask to be included while you gather information.

After procrastinating for a couple years, we finally dove in and did our due diligence on replacing our windows. After comparing Apex was a clear favorite. Very high-quality window, great presentation and a great value with a great warranty. **** made it very easy for us and we highly recommend them!

The week before Christmas 2023 the windows in our house were replaced. Twenty-three of them. I anticipated this was going to be a difficult thing to get through. It was not. Yes, there was work to it. Moving things out of the way and back into place, but that was about it. The windows have been in for two months now. They look good and work flawlessly. So, for those who like to get to the bottom line, we think we made a good decision and highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions as your window replacement company. For those curious as to some of the details of why, read on. Nancy C******** was the salesperson with whom we dealt. She told us what we would get, when the windows would arrive and what would subsequently occur. Everything happened as she predicted. Louis the scheduler was as cooperative as she said he would be and scheduled the job in accordance with our needs. The installation crews were on time, came to work, and did so in a quiet and highly professional manner. They were polite and courteous to the homeowners and each other. They were careful and neat in their work and left no clean up for the homeowners. Shane, who came by to attend to a minor issue and provide a final walk through, was extremely knowledgeable of the windows and very helpful to our understanding of them. We received our electric bill in February covering the first full month of service after installation and in it TECO indicated for the billing period, the temperature averaged two degrees a day lower than a year ago. Despite that and a price increase in 2023 our bill for January was $58 below last year. Given all that, we think we made a really good decision getting our new windows through Apex Energy Solutions and recommend you consider them as well.

A big shout out to Syan and the rest of the team at Apex. Everything from start to finish was so professional and outstanding. Syan did an amazing job explaining everything about the products and the process. We ended up not only getting all new windows, but also got a leaky door replaced in our garage. Now I wish all of our doors looked and worked as nicely as the one that was replaced. The installation went smooth. All of the installers were incredibly nice and made sure I was happy with what they were doing at every step.We love the look, feel, and lack of sound with the windows. Overall, incredibly happy we decided to go with Apex.If anyone out there is thinking about getting windows, I would definitely recommend calling Syan.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.First, the window quality is excellent and would be 5-star on their own.HOWEVER, they are poorly installed, ailed the county inspection and I can't get Apex to come back out and correct and finish the job. I purchased 21 windows and two sliding glass doors for my whole home. It took 6 months once I placed the order. They came out and installed everything in 4 days except for one sliding door that was the wrong size. They said it would be 6 weeks to get the correct door, but it was 3 months. That was installed, but was sent with an incorrect screen door that is on upside down until they can get to correct one. In the mean time, the county inspector failed the double hung windows because several don't even close correctly at the top. I had a swarm of ants come in through my bathroom window through the gap at the top. The inspector came out in May 2023, it is now Feb **** and nothing has been resolved. The company hasn't delivered and installed the missing screen door, the windows are unfinished and failing inspection. This is frustrating and ridiculous. I bought these in Oct *************************************** Feb ****. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could Id give 4.5 stars, just because we had some scratched panels and other issues we had to point out instead of having the crew take care of all of them. I really love the new windows. Apex was quick to respond and to fix any errors. One window was the wrong size and the initial installers had already alerted the company and started the process to correct things before they came downstairs to show me the issue. The initial crew was on time, very nice, and worked hard, but it seems they forgot to communicate or double check some things before wrapping up. Apex quickly addressed every issue we noticed and pointed out to them. Everyone that came back to fix these issues was always on time and very courteous. My only real regret was not double checking the final contract before giving the go-ahead. I thought I had asked for a decorative trim but the sales rep and I had a miscommunication. Thats on me, though. Also, be prepared to do some touch up to the drywall and/or paint afterwards. Nothing too serious.

We entered into the engagement with APEX with a positive outlook but it ended on a very sour note. Our experience entailed over 18 months to have the windows installed fully. 7 missed days of work outside the normal scope of installation for redelivery (even when already cracked) until all windows were ready for inspection. 2 different inspection dates and 1 Apex fix it date as the team was not here to meet the inspector.Installers tried to intimidate my wife into a positive survey on site, brought a dog onto my property to tie to our tree which attempted to bite other neighborhood children, and then the worker beat the dog and put it in the hot truck.Customer service was non existent as problems were avoided by sales staff and scheduling for installs would only happen after already past promised dates and multiple phone calls.The windows themselves are great, but I would work with another company in the future.

Apex Energy Solutions just finished replacing our windows and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our rep Syan explained the companys philosophy, products, talked us through the entire process and our options, and kept us up to date through the final inspection. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, friendly/courteous, and had a great work ethic. The installation crew did an outstanding job and ensured the areas were spotless before leaving.
