  This company is a scam. They aren't even able to properly schedule appointments. They book, to rebook, to then tell you the part isn't avaliable...to then cancel your entire work order. The entire staff is rude and don't have a clue as to what is going on. If you need a window repair stay away. my window has been damaged for over 2 weeks now. And they are telling me that I have to call my insurance to tell them they glass company does not have the glass. Isn't that your job? Why take the job if you didnt have the glass?Just stay away.

  Multiple attempts to contact me??? I asked you guys to call the **** number. No one called that number. Your schedule we said she texted that number and would send proof but never did. You guys never called that number. And when I tired to reschedule, your dispatcher said you dont have the glass. So please stop it. You guys have of even tried to fix this situation.

  If you live in Punta Gorda do not use this company they will tech you only have one tech who will not clean up after himself and will not finish the job properly. I wasted three days of my company truck and still my window in not complete. They sell you through McKenzie Auto Glass which I could not find. His solution to cleaning out the glass was to have me pull across the street with a leaf blower and blow out the glass into the filed. He also did not hook up the defrost. He was to come back but did not want to and said to do the work myself. When I called Same day they said it's just a wire. No big deal to them and they refused to send a different tech. Said this is the only person they have in my area.

  On Saturday, 6-4-2022, my son was driving from South Carolina to Amelia Island to join us for vacation. There were two large buzzards on the side of the road eating a dead animal. A car coming from the opposite direction caused them to try and fly away. One of them flew directly into his window causing it to burst and cave in. He was able to get it to our vacation condo, but when I saw it, I knew it could not be driven. My insurance company contacted this company and they called me and arrangements were made for them to replace the windshield on Thursday. The time was set between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. This was confirmed the day before. I gave up a day of my vacation sitting at the condo waiting. When they had not shown up at 3:30 PM, I called and they said they would have the Tec call me. He called and said he was 45 minutes away, but he was having trouble verifying my insurance. I explained all that had been taken care of a few days prior. He said he was thinking of another customer. I knew right then he did not want to come. He then told me a bad storm was moving into the area and he may not be able to come. I told him it had been beautiful all day and he was supposed to be there by 2:00 PM. He said he'd be on his way, but texted me a few minutes later saying due to weather moving in he couldn't come, and the office would call me. When they called, they said they couldn't reschedule till next week, 6-16-2022. I explained that we were supposed to leave the next day. It did rain about 15 minutes and the sun had come back out. Their only reply was there was nothing they could do. I even spoke to a supervisor that was no help. I explained that the rain had past, but they kept saying they couldn't control the weather. There was no explanation why they had not come during the scheduled time. The attitude was it was my problem not theirs. I would NOT trust this company to wash my windshield, they'll leave you hanging.

  Same day window sent me that standard message. I texted them my phone number and stated if they wanted to talk, they should call me. I didn't get a response or phone call.

  I called Same Day Windshield on the March 30th, due to another company unable to complete request in timely manner. Scheduled appointment for next day. Received a call unable to complete, as they were not aware that they needed to have a tech from a local location, rescheduled for 4/1. Received a call at 5:30pm (appt 2-6) that tech had an emergency. Rescheduled again for 4/6, and yet to hear from anyone! I have called 2 times per the request of the Customer Service agent for a follow-up to my scheduled appointment, and no-one seems to be able to provide any updates. Left message for dispatch, nothing. I have altered my work schedule, and alternate items to accommodate this company... Not satisfied at this time with the timeliness and adherence of company.
