Dealer claimed that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle but sold us an extended warranty and told us to wait 30 days to contact the warranty company to have the vehicle "looked over" because the warranty didn't go into effect for the first 30 days. Five days of driving the vehicle proved something was wrong. The next day the vehicle would not start in the driveway. The dealer told us to contact the warranty company, which we did and found out the warranty went into effect day 1. The vehicle had to be towed to a mechanic, who looked over it and the engine is severely damaged and needs more work than the vehicle is worth. The dealer refused to return any phone calls and the warranty company is not covering the expense of the repairs. This dealer is in breach of contract because the vehicle fails to meet the condition it was said to have had and has major mechanical issues they claimed it did not, ****** was violated due to deceptive business transactions and MVRSFA was violated due to the fact the full disclosure of the vehicles condition was hidden such as hiding significant defects and clearing the codes on the car before sale.

I went to Price Wise NJ ************** located at **************************************************************************** after seeing their listing for a 2015 ******** **** S550 VIN#: ***************** for $28,895.00. After I was shown the car I was given some time to look at the car on my own, then I took the car for a test drive, then I filled out a credit. Application, then I waited around while that was being processed after 2 hours, the sales person comes out to review my credit report with me and jumps into the proposal of the sale. He starts with the listed price of $28,895. and then the Title and registration fee of $210. and the taxes to which I agreed. Then a Document Fee of $800. and a Used Car Certification fee of approximately $3,000 although they are not a dealership of any type, much less a ******** **** dealership, then a LoJack fee of approximately $2,000. I stated that I was not there to buy LoJack, that I did not believe that they could charge for a Certification of a ******** Vehicle when they are not a ******** **** dealership and although he could not explain exactly what the Dicumentation fee was, I would agree to pay for that. The friendly and respectful sales person half my age suddenly became rude, aggressive, defiant and outright offensive and aggressive. He was very argumentative and questioned my knowledge and experience in used car buying as if he was going to change my mind about what I know to be normal and what I know to be abusive, unreasonable charges and outright unfair and stealing. I believe that this is an Internet Crime and that such should be investigated by the ****

The pressure light was on and ***** put air in the tires, he said he just put air that's why it's on! Come to find out it's the tire sensors, all 4 after taking it to a tire shop. 69 a piece! The noise I heard when I drove it and I told him when he got in to hear was nothing he said. He didn't hear it he said. Come to find out it's the rotors! 400 plus labor! The carpet rug was messed up so I fixed it! The only car rug there and found a big hole in the carpet on drivers side only! ***** said it was immaculate! Hub caps were just painted covering the rust! ****** said he reemed on the guy who painted it! Yeah right! I spent **** on this car, and it was supposed to be immaculate! ****** was telling me what I was signing, I didn't sign as is! Nobody told me anything and I found it in my papers!! They are very dishonest people! They were dishonest with me and other people that bought cars there! I finally read the bad reviews! I want a better car or my money back!! **** for a piece of junk!

I am rejecting this response because:

I ***************************** reject response because the rotors are old and makes noise. Told ***** about this and got in car and said he didn't hear anything. I must be hearing things. The rotors will cost over ****** dollars. The pressure light is on and ***** put air in the tires. He said it would go off give it time . Sensors are shot! Does not cost all four sensors for 40 ******! It's a peice and I need 4 of them!. The transmission has a small leak, and sealed! The car is ***** and I showed him the hood, come to find out it's also very ***** under the car when Grease Monkey lifted it!! Rust on the hubcaps also that were covered with paint! They didn't prime it or sand it and paint everywhere. ****** the Owners Son said he reamed out the guy who painted the hub caps on the telephone to me!     It also needed oil etc.. It cost me over ****** dollars to put oil etc in car. Big hole under the **** on passenger side where rug is when I went to fix the mat in car!. ***** didn't say anything wrong about this car. ***** knew I needed a car  to go to therapy but I never thought he would sell me a rust bucket , which spreads, Never said what was wrong with it! ***** said it just that it was immaculate! Nothing wrong with the car inside or out!!!! "Look at the text messages in attachments!!"  You sent me ****** but that does not cover what I need for the car! It's called misrepresentation! You said you INSPECTED the car before selling it? Why then wasn't I told? Tell me why??  **** I spent and could of got a better car! Way better!  Not full of problems! I looked at the bad reviews on ****** and other sites when I got home and this business did the same to other people! Not only me! I have proof, text, receipts, pictures. You took advantage of a 65 year old woman who is sick with cancer, had a stroke! Very dishonest business! I I went slow to Grease Monkey afraid of an accident! Even on the way home from your business!!  Needs Rotors and the rust on hub caps, and battery is dead this morning!, I even mention to ***** why doesn't it have a date? Is it old battery? ***** said nothing is wrong with it! Battery is DEAD this morning went to move it to another spot!  No sensors, hole on passenger side,  Engine shield is falling off,  ***** said it was a good battery even though it had no date!! Not right for what he did!   I still have ****** left from you! You gave me lousy 200. I tried calling ****** and he passed me over to his dad the owner, would not let me talk and hung up on me. ******************* up on me when I told him who it was. They didn't want to hear it!  Can't drive it! sitting in driveway!!! I want my money back or repair the car! Can't drive it at all!!

So I purchase a car from Price wise auto sales in **************. My son test drove the car. Drove fine. Car sat until Monday 20th and the ******** on the highway and would not turn back. So on Tuesday I had it towed. Today my mechanic called and said the engine was blown because the car had no oil in it. Also some type of belt broke. So I called the owner, He said that was not his car that it was a consignment and was not going to do anything to help and stop taking my call or husband. To have car engine repaired it will cost me four thousand dollars. I would like my money back for the repair.
