      Two problems 1. I explain to the salesman what I needed and he sent me the incorrect item for my height.It caused me to have back pain. Until the exchange was made. He admitted that he made a mistake and started making excuses When they made an exchange they charged me delivery again it was I should not have to pay any delivery fee it was there error.2. The exchange implied it was leather it is not leather at all it was fake the words (Faux) leather was on the invoice. So I took it as some kind of leather. So there was an upcharge. He informed that he spoke to about it being fake leather never did he informed me that this fake leather.. I would not have taken the exchange if I knew that. I want a refund of the second delivery charge and the upcharge of the fake leather. It is difficult for me to drive around. I am a veteran with pts. When I feel lied too or chested I have a problem with that. Each time he accused me of making the error I am positive one, he never spoke to me about the fake leather I would have at requested for item that were really leather. The material i have it sticky and feels like plastic, vinyl would have been better.I notice thay put a price on items and then there is always an upcharge for the material that is on it. I believe this is deceptive sales practice.I cannot send copies of the invoice because I cannot down load ir A Invoice number *****

      I purchased a lift chair on 5/19/22.I paid with a convience check from Bank of America.Tampa lift chair required me to pay in full for the chair with a credit card,and would refund the credit card charge in full when the check cleared.The check cleared my bank on 5/26/2022.Tampa lift chair has NOT refunded the money as of 6/6/22.I sent an email to Andy at Tampa Lift who assured me that it was a mistake and will be corrected today (6/6/22) by the end of day.That did not happen.When I called them and asked for Andy.I was told he was not there and spoke to Tim.Tim said he called the owner who said the money would be refunded by Thursday or Friday.Tim also said the the owner "had a lot going on",indicating he was too busy to honor his agreement.That was NOT the agreement that was on my signed contract.I want my money back,they should not be allowed to get paid TWICE for the chair.This is a terrible way to sell a $3000.00 lift chair.I might as well be dealing with a used car salesman telling me anything to make the sale and not honoring anything.I have copies of the signed contract and follow up emails indicating the terms and conditions.

Refund has been completed,I am totally satisfied with the result.The company honored our agreement in full.My wife is happy with her chair.
