    11/25/24- Took my son for a dental cleaning. On check in I was told I had to pay ****** out of pocket because my insurance had said the service wasnt covered. I questioned this because he was not early and our insurance hasnt changed but was told I had to pay in order for him to be seen. I did and called my insurance from the waiting room; they confirmed he absolutely had coverage and spoke with the office staff. I was then told Aspen would submit the claim with my insurance that day and as soon as they responded I would be given a refund. It is now going on 4 weeks- my insurance has still not received any claims from Aspen. I have contacting the office manager ******* at this location every week throughout this ordeal - at first he continuously told me to just give it more time; now he refuses to speak to me. I was also promised a phone call from the regional manager ****** by Friday 12/13/24 which never came. Today 12/17/24 they had the receptionist call to tell me that theres nothing they can do as they have a 3rd party ****** for insurance and I just have to wait - could be weeks or months. A reputable provider should not be demanding their patients pay in cash out of pocket when they have insurance for the services they provide.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been waiting for communication from this business since 12/13/24 with no effort on their part to resolve this matter. The office manager, *******, actually left the building knowing I was in the waiting room waiting to speak with him. I have also been promised a phone call from the regional manager ****** which never came; so I have no reason to think that now the business will function professionally and actually contact me.

    The Regional Manager has attempted to contact you on the phone, but there is no voicemail setup.  An email has been sent to you.
