I hired Blue Shift for a website build in June 2020 and as of December 2021 I still have not received a website ready for publishing. When I hired them, I explicitly stated on the phone and in writing, that I did not want any content from my old website used on the new website. I was given a draft of the website early on and they had copied and pasted my old content. When I clearly stated again not to use the old content, I was told the draft website was "essentially a first draft making sure that layout is good to go, and most content such as colors and images. Second draft will be the website that is deemed ready to launch unless there are any additional changes that need to be made upon final review." I provided screenshots of the draft they provided and detailed the changes that needed to be made to the design and layout (logo was dragging, company name was spelled wrong, text boxes were all different sizes, etc). The second draft I received only had 1 or 2 of my requested changes on it. We reviewed the changes I requested but I never received another draft for review. I've requested a status update multiple times per month this year and have only received 3 responses, all which said they would have something for me to review the following week. I've never received another draft for review, I've never received a website ready to publish, and I can't get the company to respond to my requests for a status update. I've attached a detailed timeline of our correspondence for further review.
