I spoke with one of your representatives about 2 accounts I have. The total is less than $1500. I asked about a payment plan, and she wanted to know my finances. I told her I would pay $100 per month, and she immediately became upset and hung up. This is attributed to the fact that collection agency representatives think they need to be aggressive to get anything done which is why they can't. I'm glad she hung up angrily because the call is recorded, and it will serve me well should further action be taken. Perhaps the old saying "you can catch more flies with honey, than vinegar." applies here.

Scam. My debt was paid in full, and then I received a surprise medical bill from you people with ONE MONTH to pay it. They even told me I had another bill which I never knew existed, and wanted me to pay all this over the phone. Yeah no. Denied mailing proof of legitimacy, denied mailing a paper bill so I could keep it on file. Do NOT engage these predatory debt collectors. If they insist you have some fictitious medical debt, just get it under 500 so it doesn't ding your credit and let them eat the rest. Absolute scam, only operates over the phone, NEVER mails you proof of payment. Avoid at all costs, and do not give these people money.

I was contacted by MDS on 6/12/24, I have not received a validation letter stating the debts owed or stating the buisness information. I have been trying to appeal through my insurance the medical bill from ******* medical that they are pursuing me for. They asked me financial/personal information without proving with tangible or written evidence whom they are. They would not work with me for a payment lower than 346 dollars a month. Stating that that is the minimum I'm to pay even though I requested for less. I have 3 children a car payment and rent to pay. Honestly, heartless...

I should not have a bill for ***** and something when I paid a large amount of money and used my insurance card. I gave it to the emergency room clerk. I Asked for itemized bill and never received one or documentation that the clerk added my insurance. I do have a receipt for what I paid out of pocket. Now because the registration clerk didnt add my insurance just so they could make goal for the month it is now on my credit.

Scam. Having no outstanding dues with any of the hospitals and then getting a random text for an amount that wouldn't make any sense in legal accordance with the medical system I am attached to being a non-profit. I will not be clicking on any of these extremely suspicious links. I would advise anyone getting these random texts to have your lawyer help. Do not try to fight them by yourself. I'm sure they take advantage of everyone who might not have any legal help. Good luck! Do not opt into payment plans. You have protections under the No Surprises Act. Contact your state or local social services to see if more help is available. Or use 211 to get further information about personal assistance for and social welfare issues.

This company has been harassing me since January, over a "bill" for my dad. We have always paid at the time of services ( with the exception of hospitalizations)_. They are trying to tell me that he owes from 3 different dates. Again, two were paid at the time of service and the other date he didn't have anything provided because he had no appointments on that date. They have called at least twice a month since January. I've ask for an itemized bill. They assure me that they are going to mail it. NEVER received. Then they tell me it was emailed. Still NOT received. Today was the last straw. The supervisor told me that he would mail it to me and I should expect it in the mail. I told him I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for it because 2 other supervisors and several other employees have told me the same thing. I told him they are just a SCAM. He didn't respond to that so I hung up.

I called up to settle a debt. I made a payment they said my wife owed on a medical bill and I made a payment arrangement for the balance in Oct of 2023. The credit card I gave them expired in Feb of 2024 and I didn’t realize it but they still submitted the bill for payment and got paid in Feb of 2024. In March (2024) they called me and I told them I didn’t realize the card expired and I told them I would give them my updated information. They tried to add n a new balance they claim came in and said I now owe that balance on top of the previous balance. I told them that was not in the original agreement and I will take care of that bill in the future and they can’t just add on to a payment arrangement that was already established. After speaking to 2 people they told me I now have to make a new agreement because I reneged on the old agreement when I was paid up to date at this point of time and now if I wanted to pay by credit card I would now have a 3% fee for the new agreement. I asked for a supervisor and the put me on with Lindsey Santiago! I have to tell you she is one of the nastiest rudest people you will ever speak with. She tries to speak over you and speak down to you as if you are lower then she is and when I responded nasty she didn’t like the fact I spoke back to her as to try and punish me like I should just except the way she was speaking to me and I shouldn’t respond. I called back and ask for a different supervisor and the new supervisor said she couldn’t do anything and if I wanted to take it further I can speak with an assistant manager. So I left a message for the assistant manager Sheree (not sure if I spelled it right) to call me back on March 26 2024. Here it is and I’m sitting at my sons house and his phone rings and asks for myself or my wife and the only people we owed was this one company so I know it was them trying to make us look like deadbeats and putting our information out there. I called back on April 23 and Lindsey who was nasty.
