ORDER DATE - Thursday, June 30, 2022, ORDER TOTAL - $67.47, ORDER NUMBER - W1007027847-1 PAYMENT INFORMATION: ************************* *************************************************************************** I ordered this arrangement to be delivered on 7/1, they said they couldn't deliver. I called the store that next morning to request they call ahead of time to be sure the person would be home (as I know she could be at work). They called just before they arrived and she was not home. They are refusing to redeliver and require us to pick up at the store. I am not local and the person we are delivering to shouldn't have to drive 30+ minutes because the store won't deliver or have customer service. A simple phone call to the recipient would have indicated the best delivery window (instead of what works best for the store). They delivered at the same time both days, not accounting for people working. I was told, as well as the recipient that it would be redelivered. Now, it is a week later and still not re-delivered. The store has not reached out to me nor attempted any additional contact. I had to call to request information to find out they are refusing any delivery or refund. I have requested a dispute with my credit card, but I am also filing here to obtain a refund since services were not delivered and the store made very little attempt to make good on services paid.
