  Did not finish the job, but when I call am just told your on the list or not responding at all. Unfortunately I paid them before job was finished. They gave my patio square corners when they were supposed to be rounded. The edging with concrete is messy, with sharp edges. I was assured back in December they would make it right. Four months later still not done!!

  This is in relation to a paver patio we installed at this customers home. The installers were told by one of the homeowners to install the two corners of the patio on a 90 degree angle, and the installers followed the customers request.. After the job was completed the homeowner's remarked how satisfied they were with the job and made the payment.  During the conversation they pointed out that they would prefer a rounded corner instead of a 90 degree corner. I shared with them the installers did as directed, but if they want it curved we will come back, and rebuild the corners. 

  Their comment about paying us before the job was complete is incorrect. The job was completed as requested.

  A short time after the job was completed, I was diagnosed with cancer. I'm the only one who handles the paver work at our business.. I was limited on my time at the office, due to doctors' visits, medical testing and visits with treatment centers and Surgents. This pushed the workload well behind our plan. I had surgery in January which kept me out of the office until April10,2023.

  They are, on our list to complete the change . I apologize for the delay but my health had other plans.

  I will contact them today and set up a day to make the repair.
