Im deeply disappointed with the treatment received at Wellington medical hospital in Wellington *******. Im convinced they are against treating African Americans with respect and honesty. The documents I was given wasnt true. They was altered including the medication given to me. I was placed in the hall of the emergency room. Even though there was beds available in the empty rooms. I asked why can I have a ************ replied. When you see those patients placed in those rooms. Its going Down this isnt my first time noticing this hospital horrible behavior towards African Americans. I was sent home still not awake and awaken just in time. I was in the same lane of a huge truck. I was alone. I informed the hospital of this and they didnt care about my safety. This hospital doesnt respect the health and safety in me being African American I could have lost my life after receiving medical attention from Wellington medical center Wellington *******. This hospital has hidden racism tendencies.

I am applying for a job offer in this hospital through their website. After two weeks, a manager called me and asked if it was possible to do an interview. Looks good to me that I agreed to go; her name is *********, and she is the manager of 3 West. I went there, we discussed the offer, and in the end, we were both happy, but before leaving, she asked me to come back in 3 days for orientation, and I said yes. On 1/10/2023, I went there at 9:30 am; we chatted about the time and expectations. She put me on the floor with someone for practice, and I could leave at noon if I wanted to, but only to go after I saw her. So far, so good. When it was 12:30 pm, the girl training me told me it was over now. She was going to take me to *********, who was not at her post because she went to a meeting, so I decided to wait until the girl said that I had to leave because it could take hours. They called her when I insisted on talking to her, but she couldn't speak, so I decided to leave. After that day, two weeks passed with no call or email, and I went to orientation. It's weird. I decided to call the hospital and ask to speak to the manager. All she said was that HR would contact you, and that's it. These people brought me to the hospital for training just to be ignored after. They take advantage of people, and that's not fair. It's a free country where people don't have free time. I needed a job, not a hospital tour, that could be more professional.
