      I was injured on their property due to a slip and fall. It was close to the end of the night. I slipped on oil and was lying on the floor screaming for help. No one came out, so I had to hop on one foot to the office and told them what happened . The ** *********************** was there, so the manager asked me some questions and told him I wanted to file a claim. He wouldnt give me the claim. It was typing on his phone. He promised after he looked at the tape he would call me. No one called not even the owner or supervisor. The manager drove my car close to me ; so I can in the car and drive myself less than 1000feet. I was admitted to the hospital and received 3 shots of morphine for the pain. I got injured badly. Now, there are brushing me off. Im not going away until my claim. If I have to go back and call the police and show them the hospital information I will. You lack ethics and integrity and youre not getting away with it. I should have been selfish and called the police and ambulance. Taking advantage of nice people. There all crappy people . Be aware with this company. They did not care about their customers. I would give you a negative infinity if I could.

      I agree this place is horrible. They used to give you all of the products you need to clean your car now they charge you $50.00 a month for a lousy wash no car cleaning supplies and a vacuum. I know of several similar car washing establishments that are only $20.00 a month and provide the same services with all of the amenities. I had to leave a star, but they do not deserve a one-star rating.

      This place is s scam. Tried to cancel over online and have to create an account even though I am already being charged. When I try to call no on answers and I cannot cancel. They are for sure taking advantage of people especially the elderly. I will make sure this dishonest place does not take more money from others and creates a frustrating issue from simply getting a card wash! BEWARE before doing business with these folks!!!

      I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Johnny Clean Car Wash in ***************. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare.Over the past three years, Johnny Clean Car Wash has been charging my credit card a total of $900 for services that I have not received. Despite numerous attempts to cancel my membership over the phone and provide evidence that my vehicle has not been in the **************** since 2021, I have yet to receive a refund.The lack of accountability and transparency from Johnny Clean Car Wash is appalling. It is unacceptable for a business to continue charging customers for services they have not used, especially when presented with clear evidence to the contrary.I caution anyone considering using Johnny Clean Car Wash to think twice before handing over their credit card information. This establishment has demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic ethical business practices.Save yourself the headache and avoid Johnny Clean Car Wash at all costs. There are plenty of reputable car wash services in the area that deserve your patronage.In summary, my experience with Johnny Clean Car Wash has been a costly mistake, and I urge others to steer clear of this unscrupulous establishment.

      I am being charge for a subscription in three months after cancellation at contact the manager they did not respond and they are still charging my credit card.
