      It's property negligence and plain ignorance. The association has no care about the state of their property. Yeah they just remodeled (the main office and repainted buildings) but that's it. They have a major parking issue that they ignore and we literally can't do anything about it, and if we brought it to court it wouldn't matter/be hundreds of dollars out of our own pocket without resolution. Parking is filled to the brim at night for what reason? Obviously people who don't live in the building directly in front of the parking are parking there. We've brought this issue to them and they said they can't do anything about it? Does that make sense?

      I'm not liable for this debt with st andrews palm beach I don't have any contract with the collection agency they didn't provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      This company has been a nightmare since moving here. There has been multiple maintenance requests submitted with no resolutions. The plumbing was backed up upon moving in. I had to hire my own plumber because the emergency line is always full no one ever answers. My bathroom decor was totally destroyed and had to be thrown out due to f**** overflowing out of the toilets. The mold has my entire family sick off and on. The ac freezes every week. My light bill is $300 for one month. Theres a shooting every month. The office staff is unprofessional. I paid my rent in full each month. Now comes June and the manager ****** is trying to back charge me for *** rent in the amount of $1500. I paid my rent directly to the office in the amount that was said owed by the office staff. I cant login into to my resident account to verify the ledger because theyve locked me out to scam me. I cant get in direct contact with their management company for months now.

      I have tried different methods to contact the facility, but no one has answered my calls/emails. I submitted multiple emails through the residential portal, but no one followed up with you. My lease was due to be renewed in April. My mother signed her part, but I could not sign my part in the portal. I tried to call them to find a resolution, but they would never accommodate me. In addition, my mother repeatedly went to the office so we could see a solution. They laughed at my mother and snatched the sticky note provided to her. ******************************* is the worst team management ever. She is the assistant manager, yet she responds with emotions. She uses unlawful tactics to cover her mistakes instead of utilizing problem-solving skills and healthy communication.She tried to mislead me by claiming that I have a month-to-month contract, yet it is a year contract. This apartment is a Big Scam, and I hope the state investigates them soon.My mother and I went to the office on 6/3/2024 so we could fix the month-month fee. They told us that they would send us an email to fix it. ******, ****** decided to post a notice on our door stating that we have until 8/3 to evacuate the place or she will take legal action. I emailed her to let me know how to proceed with the June fee, as I am willing to pay. However, I was waiting for her to fix the account. She never answered. On 6/5 at 11 AM, she posted a three-day notice before evocation.****** demonstrated abusing authority and displayed discriminatory behaviors toward their mother, and I want the Florida state to investigate this matter because it is immoral. We will move out before the deadline she gave us, but I will be willing to address this matter further.

      My ********** vacated the apartment : **************************************. ********************************, fl ***** on 08/05/2023.We paid to break the lease & left on time. I received a credit notification 11/2023 that they had sent collections notice on "overdue rent" in the amount of $2,727.47. We have gone to the office many many times. They do not allow people into the office, but they tell us they are going to fix it & never do. It has been 8 months since we moved out, it is on my credit report & they are refusing to correct their error.

      There is mold throughout my apartment and I have summited more than 3 work orders on the portal and the people in the leasing office put that they completed the job which is completely false. I've even sent emails asking for it to be done and no one has yet to respond to me, call me, or even come to the apartment to look at the issue. This has been going on for over a month.

      Based on the letter I received from the BBB the manager came to my apartment and spoke with me once. She sent a guy to "treat" the mold in the ceiling and then paint over it. They did not offer me a different unit or anything. I told her you cannot treat mold you have to completely get rid of it by taking out the entire wall/area and replace it. I even asked her what were my terms in getting out of the lease and no one has gotten back to me about that. They also took out the amount that I paid for my deposit which was $700 has been removed from the lease agreement. There is still mold in the bathroom and behind the toilet where the wall is completely rotted. I have put in SEVERAL work orders about this and they have yet to take care of it. They continue to give me the run around saying they will contact the company that does it and still nothing! So no I am not pleased. I am beyond furious with this place and will not renew my lease with them. They are the absolute worst!! They have no regard for the residents especially the ones who have been there the longest like myself and for ones who are always on time with their rent. Its a shame!

        Please be advised that ducks were cleaned and treated. The ceiling does not have mold as previously stated to your father and he understood. The ceiling had discoloration; therefore, we painted the ceiling. I will speak to your father and come to an agreement. Please have him stop by the office to discuss father request such as moving out. I have addressed all concerns on your father behalf. He also signed a new lease on February 1rst 2024. This complaint is not valid due to Mr. ******* being the only one on the lease and daughter writing for him. He agreed on everything that was completed in the apartment. Please have Mr. ******* stop by the office and speak to manager directly so I can assist personally. Thank you!

      Ok filled out an application for a unit paid $100 application fee no one has contacted me I call everyday literally every hour on the hour and leave messages as well as emailed the office ,I stopped by a few times to find the office closed with a hand written sign I would like my $100 back if there not doing to process my application. That is stealing

She also called on 1/18/**** there was no answer and left another voicemail. ******* tried calling her again on 1/26/**** and was able to speak to ***** who stated that she was no longer interested. Unfortunately, application fee is not refundable.

      Monday , January 15th ****, me and my boyfriend signed a lease. We gave them a list of things needed to be fixed in the unit, they said ******************** will fix it, they said the unit will be cleaned. Nothing was done. I have contacted the office via phone, via email, and text. No response. My boyfriend visited on January 17th **** to talk to someone and there is security at the leasing office who wont let anyone in. Finally he got to talk to someone but all they said was we got your email, the property manager will call you.i It is now January 20th ****, still nothing. We were promised a clean, renovated apartment and got the total opposite. There are cockroaches, there is a fire hazard behind the stove/oven, the entire outlet is coming out. Its disgusting. The fridge has an awful smell after its been cleaned. We hired our own private cleaner since they didnt clean it.

       Please be advised that unit was walked with Maintenance supervisor, tech and me. we took a video; The unit was shown before you moved in, and I ask the leasing team if you were happy with. The unit was contract cleaned, I spoke to your husband who asked for the fridge to be removed and he stated that his ok with the apartment. I also granted with management approval for full refund. He said his past that. The dark area in the pictures in the ac unit was due to ac being replaced and welded. I can have the team addressed this. Do know all work orders are completed in the way company received them.

      I am rejecting this response because my boyfriend not husband never said anything about the apartment being okay, he only asked what to do with the refrigerator. 
      Also, it was not cleaned by anyone who works with St. Andrews, it was cleaned by someone we hired professionally because we got no response from St. Andrews.
      The maintenance requests we sent in were not fully completed. The faucet, handle and showerhead in the bathroom were not replaced/repaired.
      The toilet ****** bolt is still missing, the plug behind the stove is still hanging out of the wall, the air vent filter above the stove was never replaced. Nothing was done with the refrigerator, so we had to purchase our own. When we did the first walk through, we were told that its being cleaned so keep that in mind and any issues that we had in mind, maintenance would fix. We will gladly take a 100% refund of our money back out of everything we paid, or we will take legal action. Including the $35 fee that we paid yesterday 1/22/2024 for the mailbox key deposit, we were not given a receipt for that, but we have the money order copy. See attached receipt.

      I have not heard anything back from St. Andrews since 1/23/24, what are they waiting for? I need to know what is happening. They still aren't answering any phone calls or emails. This is getting ridiculous. I need answers asap.

      I had made arrangement with the previous property manager *****, regarding this December's rent on 12/7/23. The arrangement was my December payment would be made on 12/20/23. So I attempted to make my arranged payment on 12/20, 12/21, 12/22 & 12/23, I discovered my payment portal online was shut down. I was unable to access the portal on these days. Due to the holidays, on the 12/24, 12/25, the office was closed. I then went to the office on 12/26/23, the office was locked; however, the individuals in property management was in the office. I went back on 12/28/23, and discovered there was a new property manager by the name ****************. I explained to her that I made a previous arrangement with ***** this month to make a payment on 12/20/23, she stated that ***** is no longer there, and "she is there to clean up the mess, because he(*****) was too soft, and he was too nice to people and they had to transfer him to another location". **************** stated that corporate started the legal process of an eviction which I was in the "first phase", and that I need to pay my rent plus legal fees. I attempted to explain my case and I am still within the month to pay my rent for December and why am i being penalized with an eviction and the month is not over with yet and I also had a previous arrangement with the old property manager, and **************** starts to get loud, intimidating and bullying myself and other tenants in the office. Another tenant tried to side with me on the discussion to my argument, ****************, then called that individual to her and whispered something to her, that individual then went to sit down and refused to look at me and no longer intervened into the discussion taken place. The property manager then states that I have to pay $500 in legal fees, with no documentation of these legal fees. I attempted to make a payment of the amount i owed, which was $2005.00, **************** refuses to accept my payment and states I MUST pay the additional $500 in legal fees.

      I applied for an apartment at this property, I paid 100 dollars for the application fee, I was told I was denied because of minimal credit card late payments, limited period of residence history, and severe charge offs, I have a problem with this because I was just pre-approved recently to purchase a home, I have no evictions on my credit and I currently pay my rent on time where i reside now, I have not had any late credit card payments in months, and I have paid almost all of my debt off. I lived in my previous home that i owned before i sold it from 2015- 2023 and I lived at my current residence since 2/1/2023. I've read other complaints about this company on BBB and they appear to take advantage of people and take their money. I am requesting to get the 100 application fee returned that I paid to apply
