Plus the monthly rent. Also the their website stated that you get a month free without lease.Which is false advertising and also a breach of contract Which is illegal.*** asked for my refund of admin fee and application fee since I was false advertise.I was told it wasnt refundable.I would like to receive money back these scammer. Please stay away from this complex their are stealing people money

I had a 2pm appointment to view a 1/1 apartment which was 30 minutes south of me at this apartment complex. I get there walk in the door and immediately, I get blank stares as though something is wrong, or illegal is going on there. There was 1 white lady sitting up front on the phone and there was a black woman or man sitting behind her at IT's desk. I said to him I'm here for a 2pm tour of a 1/1-bedroom apartment and it acted like It didn't hear me, so I repeated the same and IT said Well you'd need to put in an application to come take a tour. I immediately stated that no that's not what the website stated. I ask IT for an office manager and IT said Well they're just going to tell you the same thing. I told IT I'd rather speak to the Office manager and IT got upset turned around and proceeded to the back for a while, then came back out to tell me that the Office manager wasn't available. IT then told me that they can give me a tour next week and I said that was unacceptable since I'm already here and I traveled from north to the south to for this appointment. I asked IT, what is the Office Managers Name and IT's name. By this time a black thuggish looking male walked in mean mugging me for no reason. I stopped and looked at him in a thuggish manner back and he walked off to the rear. Then IT proceeded to jot down IT's name and the Office manager name along with the office managers email address, which was a bogus email. While IT is jotting down the information, IT asked me was that a bodycam I'm wearing @ I said yes, IT said Well I don't feel comfortable with you recording me. I told IT that the bodycam is on standby hence the green light and furthermore this is a public place and IT asked me could I turn it over and I obliged for about 3 seconds and flipped it back over. When IT noticed what I had did IT got mad gave me the paper and I said to IT, that you just made a bad move as I proceeded out the door. I will be reporting them to HUD and the Attorney general.

DO NOT APPLY HERE! They scam money out of you and still dont give the apartment. I'm a stay at home mom of a 3 year old and my husband is the only person works. He has a ssn, valid ******* driver's license, ead with a very good credit, no evictions whatsoever, we both have a good rental history. They took my passport details for my application as i dont have a ssn yet. At 1st they were ok with the passport for me but after after showing them the income requirements documents (tax return and pay checks) they then ask for my 3 YEAR OLD'S SSN! We gave them that too but at the end after meeting all requirements they asked they still didn't gave us the apartment saying "THEY NEED MY SSN AS WELL AND WITHOUT SSN THEY CAN'T GIVE THE APARTMENT TO ANYONE"IF they didn't approved without ssn why didn't they say that before we even paid the application fees? In between all this they were telling my husband to PAY $200 MORE FOR THE ***** FEES.THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!
