      I called Budget Gutters to get a quote. ***** came out the next day (06/04) to provide a quote. He also had someone available on the very next day (06/05) for the install, even though I would not be home. I hid a check outside and let them install while I was no one was home. Big mistake. They did a quick, terrible job, took the check, ran with the money and wont come back and make it right. The gutters are so low on the house that most of the water runs over them not into them. What water does make it into the gutters leaks at the seams. A downspout was placed in an enclosed flowerbed by the front door which caused flooding of my front door, flooding of the porch, washed away my topsoil and mulch. I have contacted ***** (mgr), ***** (installer), and the office for help. They have told me that someone would be here to get it right, however no one ever shows. They told me that I need to be home for the repairs so I could show them what was wrong. So, I gave them 2 days a week that I would be available for them to come by and told them ahead of time each week for 3 weeks. No one ever showed up. 3 weeks of no-shows, on my available days. They have asked twice to come by, a Friday night at 6pm if they could come the next day, and on another Friday morning if I would be home that same day, however neither was a day that I provided them ahead of time and thats why they asked.No one from the company came to look at the bad install, to see the issues they have caused my home, or to repair any of it. I did not need to be home for the install, however they wont do a repair unless I can be here when they want, and not on the days I told them I was available ahead of time, of course. Yesterday ***** told me to stop calling for repair. That since I couldnt meet them on their 2 last-minute requests, that I should stop asking now. Instead of trying to fix the issues they are rude, argumentative and are trying to blame me. I see it's the same for the other reviews too.

      8/06/2022 I had total home seamless gutters installed. Had an issue immediately after competition with water leaking, unevenness and just overall cosmetic disappointment. The company sent out the same installer which just told me how great the pitch was and said that it needed to be like that and fixed some of the areas that were leaking. I thought that was all and trusted the experts opinion even though I did not like the way they looked. Fast forward to February 2024 and a roofer came to look at what we thought was a roof issue and he explained that the issue is actually because the gutters were installed so poorly that they are affecting the first few rows of shingles and the drip edge. I have reached out several times and have not once had someone return my call to resolve this issue. The woman that has answered my calls assures me that my issue will be resolved and someone will call me and no one ever does.

      We had gutters put in by this company and paid. They had damage one of the soffit during installation , Called to get this fixed by them and were given run around for +2 months. Office said someone will contacts us and give excuses. Never got a call from them for repairs. Nails were left on the ground after installation. We have been so nice to give them time to come out but never did. Office is now ghosting us.

      I had gutters installed by this company on 1/8/2024. I immediately notified them on 1/10/24 that the installation was incorrectly pitched because the gutters were holding water. The person answering the phones, ***, was rude and agressive and informed me someone would be scheduled to repair whenever they had someone in my area. I called several times and still havent been scheduled for repair. They refuse to repair inspite of their lifetime warranty claim. It is 1/17/24 now

      Budget Gutters installed gutters on my home on September 22, 2023. I paid them in full, $3140 in cash. I never received an official receipt; the company insists that all transactions are completed in cash. The installer would only sign the quote stating that I paid-in-full. I was told that the quote was my receipt. I was not provided with an account or job number. I was promised quality properly installed gutters that would protect against water damage to the exterior and foundation of my home and surrounding landscape. The gutters would direct rainwater away before the rain has time to settle in and cause damage. Budget Gutters did not complete the job as promised. They did a horrible job; the gutters were placed too low, and the water runs over the top of the gutters. I called numerous times to get the company to come out to inspect and repair the gutters. As of today, December 26, 2023, they have not contacted me. They are a HORRIBLE company to work with and the front office female receptionist is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. When I last called in late October to get an update on my project, I was told that I was harassing them and that their response has not changed. The Budget Gutters representative said the installer would only return to my area when they have another job in the area. I requested that a manager/owner contact me; no one has contacted me.In late October I spoke to *****, the salesperson, he said they will get to me when they can. He went on to explain that because it is not raining there is no issue and that waiting a month for assistance is not a big deal in the gutter industry.Because the receptionist stated that I was harassing them I decided I would not contact Budget Gutters again and waited for the owner/manager to contact me. It has been three months since the gutters were installed and no one has attempted to resolve my concerns. I am a retired Army Veteran on a fixed income. I would like a full refund of $3140.00.

      my home was built and purchased in 5/2022. we had the budget gutters come in shortly thereafter to install gutters, whole house. I have been trying to reach them incessantly to come to service the gutters because they are holding water. office manager, very nice says she will send the installer. he never , calls,, comes, no resolution . i paid them cash !!! I have copy of the invoice . these were under warranty. they are lousy business people. I want my gutters serviced.

      This was NOT a repair. The installer went out to check the gutter system there was NO standing water and the gutters were all checked and found to be working properly. The installer did reseal the miters as a precautionary measure. 

      This matter has been closed out in our office as there is no issues with the gutters.

      I had hired Budget Gutters to install $3,000 worth of gutters in late April 2023. They were installed and were immediately defective as they leaked worse than not having gutters. I can provide video of issue upon request. The gutters were installed very low on the facia and are completely ineffective. All water runs between the facia and the gutter as no chaulking was installed and the gutters were hung way too low. I have requested 6 times through phone calls to the office and 11 times through phone calls and texts to the sales representative ********************* that this be fixed. They came and installed tape (looks like duct tape) on the front and back which is wholely inadequate. I simply want the gutters to function as intended. The should be installed higher on the facia and appropriate chaulking installed so that they function as intended. The company has misrepresented its warranty and is not performing work to acceptable standards. They are nonresponsive and will not fix an ongoing problem they created.

      Follow up call was made on 7-10-23 to make sure everything was to the customers liking. 

      Customer was told to contact the office directly if he needs any further assistance going forward. 

      This matter has been resolved and the repair has been completed.

      I had Gutters installed in Feb 2021 There is 1 are that leaks when it rains hard. I called many times finally got a girl named ******** on phone she said everyone was out with Covid they would get back to me. Never have gotten back to me, I called many many times and left messages no return phone call I spoke to guy named ****** and he said call the office,. I call the office and nothing happens

      Our office attempted to reach the customer at the number on file. We were unable to get an answer however we did leave a voice message 7/26/2022 @ 2:40pm letting the customer that the repair will be expedited and addressed the next time we have an installer in that area.

      Date of transaction ,09/05/2021, I had one of the gutters of my home overfilling with rain water, and it was pouring out onto my foundation, I called BUDGET SEAMLESS GUTTERS and decided to replace the existing gutters and install a couple of new ones. The worker that came to replace the gutter using a 4x4 went on top of the roof and knocked the gutters, braking the wood supporting the gutters, then, when he finished the installation, I noticed a gap between the house siding and the gutter, with that gutter we didn't have a issue, so he places a piece aluminum covering the gap ?? and, on the side, that we had the overflow, when it rained, we had the same issue as before.And now it started to pour out through the gap he left. I called the office several times, they send a inspector and he said that, yes, it was done wrong, he said that they will send someone to fix the problem, no one showed up, now they don't answer the phone, they state a 5 year labor guarantee, ?????

Spoke to a representative today, after I heard the message, I called back, they told me that they are coming on Saturday, the 25th, lets hope this time they can resolve the issue. We have also sent another installer as requested out to inspect the issue and assess the problem. The customer was told at that time we would be back out the following week and would be in touch with a date to do the repairs the next day we had someone in the area. This was on 9/14/21. Our office has received multiple calls to the point of harassment and each and every time we have told the customer we have to send the installer back out that preformed the job to correct the issue as he is the one whom was credited for the job the next time that installer is in his area. We spoke to the customer yet again the other day and let him know the matter will be taken care of 9/25. This customer is continuing going on with this for something that's a simple matter of the furring striping and has nothing what so ever to do with the fascia as the customer keeps trying to say. We even offered the customer a full refund on the day of the install and we could remove the gutters then and there at no charge. The customer stated he did not want a refund and wanted the gutters. It seems that nothing will make this customer happy. As already stated the issue will be resolved on 9/25. I need somebody to be sent and repair it, I believe that the problem is that the gutter is to short and doesn't cover in total the drop of water. That need to be replaced for a longer one, or give me another solution, I copied this email to the BBB, hopefully you can help me with this issue, on your receipt you're offering a 5 year warranty. My foundation is taking a beating with that amount of water dropping against it.
