      Very disappointed that they will not issue a refund when I tried to cancel within 48hours. The reservation was made at the end of August for a October date. Now that I canceled everything because it was supposed to be for my boyfriends bday, we broke up. Now I cant get my money back? very sad that I'm out $300+ for something I can't use.

      ** was professional and courteous when he helped me make my hotel reservation. He answered all my questions and explained the nuances of the reservation so that I was completely knowledgeable on all the policies and procedures of my hotel stay. I would gladly work with him every time I need reservations.
