  This company is horrible. They do not deserve even one star. I am selling my house and I was not contacted that They were coming out to my home and I came home to find them in my backyard as the Jumped over my fence. The red headed gentleman started arguing with me and I told him that he was trespassing. He ***** He was allowed to come on my property without letting me know. I stood my ground and told him that he should have notified me before he came on my property, but he wanted to continue to argue with me. Then he said I was being rude to him and that he was leaving without finishing the survey. I don't understand how me fighting for my rights and my property is being rude as a US citizen and a navy veteran. They were the ones that were on my property and jumping the fence without notification. I guess as Americans we don't have rights anymore. Do not use *************

  My husband and I are not happy fans of target surveying. We paid a total $725.00 for a land survey and found out that the survey is not 100% accurate because they are using an app on their cell phone device. When I called and complained because I found out a portion of my neighbors house and foundation are on my property. When I made a complaint they sent someone back out to do the same thing. I called again because the gentleman doing the survey had his phone out stating he hated the app it wasn't accurate. I was told they compare their notes with what is on file with the state, but the state doesn't always have accurate information, and in our case our county and state did not have 100 accurate recordings. So now I'm having to pay for another survey.

  This company is a complete joke. I ordered and pre-paid them to stake the four corners of my property. I have the receipt and it is dated December 1st, 2022. The only reason why I went with them in the first place is they were the company that staked my house when I bought it back in 2018. Here we are, it's January 27th, 2023. Not only has this not been done, but the only engagement I've received has only been when I either e-mail them or call. The sheer lack of professionalism is astounding. Go literally anywhere else. Don't make my mistake.

  Horrible, waste of money and cons. I paid $350 last November to have a survey done when I purchased my home. There are no ****ers and my neighbors garage in on my property. I wouldve known that before purchasing if they wouldve done the correct job. I called this morning to have them come out and **** where they were already paid to do so and was told it would be an additional $250 to have a crew come back out. Obviously from the complaints section, I am not the only one. SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!

  I just used this company for a survey of a property I an purchasing. The survey they did was extremely basic, and did not reflect easements on the property which I was happy about until I compared it to a survey they conducted on the exact same property in 2019 which had easements. As a result, I called them about it and asked for backup docs to confirm whether there is an easement and asked for docs they relied upon to support the easements and to confirm there are in fact easements. Rather than doing that, all they did was swap out the 2019 survey for the 2022 survey and called it a revised survey. They dont answer phones and will not actually put you through to anyone that can speak about the survey and did not provide the information requested. I cannot trust this survey at all which I need to close on a loan and for construction. It is extremely infuriating-terrible company.

  My name .*************************, ********* indian farms,llc, *******. I made an offer on a land,in Kisseemme, North Bass road. I have hired an Attorney, he hired a title company, First national,The Attorneys and Title companies were given an detail survey on this land. The title company wants recent survey. They have recomended this " TARGET Surveying , LLC:.The deal was cancelled prior to The so called surveyors ,did an fake , Phony, Satellite drawn ,unreadable one page. More over 1. They havent produced any meaningfull info.EG PDF 2. They were supposed to give ** a date , so that both would have on the same page. ************* rules that theyy the surveyors share the date 48 hours prior.3.We have canceled the deal through the attorneys and *************.Please see .PDF-indicative of subject on BOUNDRY SURVEY REQUIREMENTS.MY ATTORNEYS are Holding my hard earned moneys , I am an retired 77 years old honest citizen.This ************* and This phony survey companies are doing bad job, so disappointed, Kindly , Give please Attention to. How real surveys look.
