    This company is awful. My husband is a physician himself and I am a healthcare consultant and never have we ever dealt with a company abandoning their patients like this company. My hosband paid $3500 for the procedure which included a warranty. After his procedure he has dealt h worry issues and can not see properly. The company has dodged our calls, not returned our calls and doctors have even given ** fraudulent numbers to call. Very disappointed. We will be reporting the office in *************** to the state. Do your research before using this company.

    Agent stated there would be a $200 discount if the LASIK was done that day because someone would need to come and pick up my wife. I was on the phone when the conversation occurred.My wife stated my father would come to pick her up and the agent stated that was fine and that it didnt need to be an Uber/Lyft. We relied on that information and decided to purchase and perform have the operation the same day as the consultation. Later, my wife stated no discount was applied and the agent spoke to me personally and disclosed she had made a mistake and she couldnt honor the original discount offer.My wife canceled the transaction and didnt perform the surgery because the agent refused to honor the discount offered. If the principals agents cannot honor their word then how can one believe the principal will? At that moment, we lost trust in the business. I understand that the agent feels like her hands are tied because she couldnt apply the discount in the system (from what my wife stated the agent told her), but no effort was made to contact the owner to explain the situation. In my opinion, customer satisfaction is worth much more than the discount the business failed to provide. Ultimately, this wasted my wifes time, led to this review, and we will look to perform the operation at a business that seeks to honor its word.

    Very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for a second reimage on one of my eyes because I am not seeing clearly after the first procedure and first reimage. They made me go to an outside optometrist to have an eye exam, wait 2 months to review everything and the schedule an appointment to be seen. I had to pay $99 for the consultation for them to tell me they would never approve a third procedure because th film in the skin is too thin. Why would you allow a patient to waist their time, gas, money on an outside eye exam, and $99 visit fee for them to say Ithey would never approve the procedure per policy? I believe I deserve a refund at least for the $99 I paid for today's visit. Poor communication and customer service.

    Corporate office will not honor a warranty purchased from one of their franchises. I paid $1,000 on top of my Lasik surgery cost to cover any issues that may arise in the future. 5 years later I'm having issues and they tell me I have to register as a new customer and the warranty is invalid. Will never do business with this company again. Corporate office just reads from a legal script and offers zero help. $3,200 spent in 2016 with this company.

    I had Lasik I surgery done at the Johnson City Tennessee location back in 2017. I had the Lifetime warranty to were I was able to get one free touch up. Part of the warrenty was for me to go every year of any eye exam to keep up the warrenty and contract. I learned yesterday February 3, 2022 that my contract/ warrenty will not be honored anymore. The reason I am given is because TLC's parent company has filed for bankruptcy and the company that bought out the remainder of the company will no honor the contract. TLC it's self is not out of business just changed parent company's. I do believe TLC should still honor the contract no matter what seeing as how the buisness itself is still there. I done nothing wrong and kept up my part on the contract by going to get an eye exam every year. Now for me to go to another Eye center to have the procedure done will cost me roughly $2,000 give or take. I have talked to several people at TLC and all I was given was a contact number for a Jesse Harris the laser handling the bankruptcy case. All he told me to do was file a claim form and send it into a bankruptcy court in Delaware. I shouldn't have to file or do anything. My part of the contract had been held to.
