In April 2023 I moved into a property with Kanga on the day I moved in I filled out a form (I don't have a copy) that stated all the damages to the property. At the time my property manager was *******, she got fired shortly after one of the reasons being she was witholding those forms from the office. A few days after I moved in while ******* was still PM, i had a man at my window behaving inapropriately and i reported it to police and her and she told me "The apartment has been vacant for awhile and it was probably just his spot" During my stay i made multiple maintenance requests. Some were handled quickly which i appreciate and some were complete ignored by means of cancellation and i was NEVER contacted about them. Throughout my residency i made multiple attempts at contact for many reasons and never had prompt response. During my stay our 4 unit building had a sewage overflow and no one would respond to our calls or texts. A plumber was sent out and we were notified via email and the next day we recieved an email asking us not to contact them so many times. We had literal f**** in our apartments. I made multiple noise complaints against my neighbors and nothing was done but ONE email sent out. I made a police report and complaint to the apartment because my neighbors were having *********** outside and nothing was done. I ended up vacating the property in Dec. 2023 and paying my lease thru April 2024 because I was so fed up with my neighbors and the treatment from Kanga. Theres not enough room here for the full complaints. The biggest thing is my full depost was taken and 90% of it was for everything listed on that form from move in. They even posted their own picture evidence that things werent fixed on the relisting after my move out.
