      On the scale of criminal to negligent I would say they are closer to criminal. ******* ******** was my property manger. Admittedly, I moved into a unit in rough shape, but they attempted to pin the entirety of the unit's disrepair on me. Currently battling to get my deposit back.

      Rented with Kanga which they have previously taken over for a previous property manager they are very unorganized and sloppy, they said they dont see a security deposit for me on file, I sent proof that its been paid. They refuse to let me know if they found it. They do not make repairs and neglect the property. Property is infested with black mold, 3 ceilings collapsed in complex in the last year. They do not communicate with their renter. Overall terrible experience they charge a 250 cleaning fee for the oven and are trying to make me pay for preexisting damages that they refused to fix and never did walkthrough to document what issues there were once they took over as the property managers. They are all about the money and dont care about their tenants. Also reporting them to code enforcement bc of their negligence to the complex. If I could give a zero I would. Something seriously needs to be done.

      false advertisement/ ****. very unprofessional. please stay away. If you know for a fact that you don't have GREAT CREDIT DO NOT apply with them, they WILL deny you. I am highly disappointed by their management team and customer service as a whole. If I can give them -0 stars I would. I originally called to inquire about one of their rental properties here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I specifically asked before hand if there was a credit requirement before applying so I can steer clear of their application altogether. I spoke over the phone with someone on their team and they VERBALLY said "No. There is no credit requirement. We encourage everyone to apply." They contacted my realtor almost one-two days later saying they denied my family and I for "bad credit". Had I originally been informed of this I wouldn't have applied at all. We as American citizens are already going through a rough time in the US already. Families are losing their homes and homelessness is at an all time high, especially in Florida at the moment. Taking advantage of people who are in desperate need to find a home is not okay. I would STRONGLY advise any person or family thats experiencing hardships right now and looking for a place to NOT WASTE $80 on an application fee with Kanga Property Management. Keep looking around for LEGIT property management groups that have morals or private home owners.

      Unprofessional property group, scam stay away. Our real estate agent was told by Beverly Fabro that all we needed in order to get a rental was to submit our bank account information, dog vaccine , pay stubs, background check, called our landlord and took $160 in application fees. We sent everything and the process took a week and was told on day 7 all we needed was one more paperwork which was our dog vaccine and we would get the rental property, after receiving all our personal documents we were told without any explanation that the rental property was no longer available. Why have us go through the process get all our personal information 2 months of our bank statements???? This is a big scam stay away from this property group. Discrimination is also very big in this property management company.
