    I placed an order with this vendor on July 5, 2024. On August 6 I reach out to the transformation factory via chat because I had no update on my order. I was advise that the order is on back order and they were not sure when it was shipped, I advised the representative that I would prefer a refund because I placed this order back on July 5 and it had been a month with the no update and I wasnt told that it would be on back order at the time of the order. I was promised to refund within 3 to 15 business days and have yet to receive a refund. Thank you.

    I purchased some sea **** mango vitamins on 7/31/24 from this company. The order # is ****** and my account was debited the amount of $23.49 for the vitamins. It has now been more than 30 days pass the limit to process an shp products. I reached out to this company via email and phone regarding my order. I received an auto reply on August 27 in response to my email that they have are processing my request but still no response as to what is going on since then. I sent another email on 8/31/24 asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. I still have yet to receive a response. I called the number provided on their website and no one was available . I called and left a message on 9/09/24 and left a message with no call back as yet. Called again and was left on a long hold time by automated service. I just want my money refunded. This is very unprofessional of them to not even reach out personally.

    I am requesting a full refund for my order placed on July 19th, which I have yet to receive. According to the website, the delivery window is 17 days, but it has now been well beyond that period.I have made multiple attempts to reach out regarding the status of my order. Despite seeing that my messages have been read, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is disappointing and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of $61.97 for my purchase.

    I have an automatic delivery each month. August and september didn't receive the product but still being charged, I've emailed to refund and cancel. I'm being ignored.

    I placed an order with this business on July 19, 2024 (order #******) totaling $102.49. I have received no updates to my order and NO responses to any of the THREE (3) communications I sent to the business seeking the status of my order. At this point, I would like a credit to my account.

    I placed two orders on June 28, 2024. One was going to *******. Order #****** in the amount of $76.99. The second one was going to a family member in *****. Order #****** in the amount of $68.99. After two weeks of checking on Shop, there were no progress in regards to when the items would be shipped. I contacted Transformation several times via email and phone calls through the month of July. I finally requested for my items to be cancelled early August; but my request was not granted. The item that was going to ** arrived on August 8th but it was damaged upon arrival as one of the jars was broken and spilled all in the package. The family member contacted me immediately after the package was delivered to her door to let me know the condition of the sea **** and the broken jar; it was a gift to her from me. I contacted Transformation and was able to talk to a guy who was very pleasant. I explained to him what had happened and he asked if I could text him a photo so I did, he agreed that the items were not good as they had also arrived warm. I requested for a refund and he said I will receive it between 3-15 days. Meanwhile, I had not received the one that was coming to me in AZ so I asked if it has been shipped and he said no, so I told him that I wanted that one cancelled and refund issued. He agreed and told me that I will receive confirmation emails for both orders and that my money should be in my account between 3-15 days. It is now September 9th and I have yet to receive the confirmation email or my refund. I have attempted to call several times but every time I called, it does not go through or I would be told that approximate wait time is 6 minutes but after 20 minutes, I will then hear a message saying nobody is available to assist. My emails have been unsuccessful. All I want is for my money totaling $145.98 to be refunded. That's a hard earned money.

    I order Sea **** through them, and I have 2 orders that they never shipped. I reached out a few times and was told we put it at the top of the list it will be filled this week. A month later and it still didn't ship, and I asked for a refund. I told it would take up to 15 business days for me to get a refund. That was in July, and I still have not gotten a refund. I have been on hold with the agent for 20 minutes now and no one has said anything. So, I am filling a report in hopes to get all my money back. Order Number ****** 05/19/2024 $72.99 76 Business days since i paid and on line it says 17 business days to ship Order Number ****** 06/07/2024 $173.97 63 Business days since I ordered way over the 17 business days to ship. They have a total of $246.96 of my money and they will not refund me. I have checked my bank account, al of my credit cards and pay pal and no refund. If they say they did I need to know what account they said they did ****** I can't find it. at the time i am typing this I joined with the chat at 9:02 alaska time and it is now 9:25 and no one has said anything.

    I called 30 plus times, email 10 plus times and no response this is crazy it's been over 3 months no product and I was on a subscription every 2 months yall took 2 payment which I will like a full refund and cancel my subscription. Great product, poor execution.Order ID #******, #****** They took payment on June 26 & Aug 26 2024 and have not responded or delivered any product I cannot cancel my subscription online because the online account says I dont have one but theyre still pulling money from my bank.

    On June 15, 2024 I placed an order for the Bamama sea **** gel 32oz and the soursop sea **** gel 32oz from The Transformation Factory totaling $113.99. I reached out to the company several times for a status update on my shipment. They told me that they was moving to a new warehouse so thats why it was a delay. They told me my order would be shipped in August. Here it is September 9 and I still havent received my order. I would like to either get what I paid for or my money back if they cant fulfill there end of the deal by shipping me my merchandise. I have been more than patient waiting since June for my order. If your a business this is not how you conduct business with peoples money. If you cant ship then you should refund my money.

    Hello, I placed an order on May ******* for two 32 ounce jars of sea **** gel from Transformation Factory. I got a discount so it came to $104.60. I have ordered before so I knew it would take a little while for my order but when it was taking longer than usual I reached out for an update over a month later. I was told on July ****** that my order was sent out for shipping and would be sent out in the upcoming week. I didnt receive a shipping notification so I reached out again on July ******* and was told they would re-escalate my order for shipping the next week. I reached out again on July ******* because I know they are only open 4 days a week. I wanted an update before the weekend since it still hadnt been shipped. They replied finally July ******* explaining how they moved warehouses and its caused a delay and all back orders would be shipping out as soon as possible. They offered me a free 8 oz bottle of sea **** gel. I asked if I accepted the free bottle if it would be fresh and they confirmed. They then replied back August ****** and said they were currently processing it and they would notify me with tracking details. August ******* I contact them again and they reply with your order is being dispatched this week and prioritized. I emailed again August 2****** and August ******* with no response. I have asked to cancel and get a refund multiple times and thats all I want now. This is so unprofessional.
