      I recently purchased a 2020 ****** Corolla on 5/13/24 at ***** in *******, ** and overpaid due to unnecessary fees that I was told could not be removed due to new policies. I didnt push any further about these extra fees because Im a first time car buyer, and I was taken advantage of. I would like an in depth explanation of each fee provided in the itemization.The original price of the car was $14k and I put $6,800 down including a trade in, yet ended up with a loan for $15k as a result of $7k in extra fees.This vehicle has damages that were covered upon test driving and were not visible until after purchasing. I am past the 5 day 500 mile return policy, but feel I deserve financial compensation for these damages as they were hidden from me at the time of purchase. I would also like these damages to be repaired free of cost.Damages include a broken trunk/gas door lever on the drivers side floor that was covered by plastic, multiple scratches to the passenger side window that were covered up by dealership stickers at the time of test driving, as well as a cracked windshield that was not damaged during the test drive and must have occurred when they gave it a car wash before handing it over to me.

      We recently traded our car on a Sunday , January 16, 2022 and purchased a new one ***** ***** ****** from your Hgreg Doral location. We drove the car home to the other coast where we live in ***** *********** **. and it stopped working. We left the car and ubered home. The next morning we called the Doral location to report that the vehicle was no longer working. **** *****- ***** (sales women) was very helpful and asked us to choose a new car. We chose an **** ** * 50,000 miles and no accidents. They delivered the car on Friday of the same week. We really appreciated the fast turn around and were happy to finally have a car after we had been ubering all week. Well, the next day the **** also died . We used *** to get it diagnosed and they said it's the battery. The tow mechanic said that he is surprised it lasted this long. The car was not even driven 4 miles . We called Hgreg GM Torry Lunn 4 x and never received a call back. I also emailed him twice to explain what has been happening. No response . We would like the battery replaced. We now have to charge the car before we drive it. So, we're not driving it. They have our Range Rover and we don't have our money from the trade and the two cars we did get stopped working properly within a day of purchase . We realize this is a used car dealership but your website states you put your cars through a quality inspection process so one would hope that the car wouldn't stop working within a day. I have no choice but to reach out to you to resolve this. There is also a rattle now that we have the car a couple days. We have paid for Ubers for a couple weeks now and just want something to be done & payment for my Range Rover sport I traded in.

      Tried calling customer several times and was not able to get hold of the customer.  I also emailed customer waiting to see if he or she responds
