  I asked seller ***** *. to send videos letting me know all cosmetic issues car had since it was an online purchase. Upon arriving battery was dead, dent in door, left passenger door interior was basically detached from door. There was a loud knock in the engine when cranked up. I called to let seller know I had issues and didnt want vehicle unless issues could be resolved they assured me that things would be handled within the 7 day ***** period I had to test car out. Once i began calling I was put on hold numerous of times holding for hours weeks pass by at this point many messages are left with managers and front desk still no communication with anyone, then I start texting numbers that previously communicated with me and my number was blocked. I'm 6 hours away so i couldn't just stop by. I talk to the guy in the Miami office and he basically told me ***** the financial advisor was avoiding me. I called *********** to see if loan could be withdrawn from them due to selling me a lemon/ignoring all calls. They said dealership have to approve so we called on three way with *********** agent whom was so understanding and wanted to help me I thank God for her. Once on the phone dealership began to lie saying contract had been sent over for a new car and they were not avoiding and were willing to help and was coming at current car . At this point I'm happy cause im thinking i get a chance to get another car just needed and updated contract with same downpayment. I then receive calls at my job saying I'm late on a car that I didn't even have anymore. Fastforward, I receive new replacement car that I now know NEVER had a contract on and 4 months later a private investigator came and confiscated the car. I was left with no vehicle only explanation I got was dealership was investigating some of its employees. I was able to get inquiry erased from my credit score and was left with 100 points down on my credit score which im still rebuilding to this day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Benji Auto Sales. I placed a $500 deposit on a vehicle, which was agreed upon as a way to hold the car until I could make the remaining payment. At no point was I informed that the car could still be sold while my deposit was being held. However, when I called to make the final payment, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold.I was then told that my deposit was non-refundable, despite the fact that I had not been informed of this policy upfront and had not agreed to any terms regarding the deposit. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as the company failed to honor our agreement and provide clear, transparent communication.I have already filed a formal complaint with the ******************************************************* and will continue to pursue every available avenue to resolve this issue. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this business and suggest they be fully informed of all policies before making any financial commitments.

  SCAMMING FROM BENJI AUTO ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PITCH UP THEIR TENT IN ********** (**********,**)IF ONLY THEY HAD A -0 Stars. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Benji Auto Sales. I purchased a 2013 *********** from them, which only lasted six months before requiring extensive repairs. Despite numerous attempts to address the issues, the vehicle continued to malfunction, resulting in significant financial burdens and emotional distress. I have documented all correspondence and interactions with the dealership, as well as the lender, **************************** who have been supportive throughout this ordeal. The vehicle's persistent problems, including overheating, have led to multiple mechanic visits, including a *** dealership in ***************, *******, which ultimately recommended a new engine at a cost of approximately $4,000. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter and holding Benji Auto Sales accountable for their actions. I plan to contact the relevant authorities, including the Department of Motor Vehicles, the ****************************, and the Better Business Bureau, even if I have to bring this all the way to The State of Florida to report my experience everywhere and prevent others from facing similar issues. I would appreciate guidance on the best course of action to ******* still in disbelief when I call the salesman I dealt with told me this is normal business from Benji Auto and that was a big part of why he left I wish she had a conscience before I purchased my car. Also, I would love to see my signature, allowing them to pull my credit five times, I would never allow that. So how can Benji Auto Fix this problem?

  I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. This company thrives on shady practices, from buying junk cars at auctions and flipping them at outrageous premiums to lying on loan applications to push sales through. Its dishonest and unethical.The vehicles they sell are often riddled with problems they either fail to disclose or blatantly lie about. And if you think their shady sales tactics are bad, wait until you experience their customer servicerude, disrespectful, and completely negligent. They make you feel like a nuisance for asking questions or seeking help, showing zero accountability for their actions.This business is a textbook example of greed and dishonesty. Take your hard-earned money elsewherethis is not a place to ******** not, under any circumstances, trust this business or its owner, Benji ****. Hes nothing more than a lying, thieving ***** and a coward. Benjis entire operation is built on deceptionselling junk cars bought at auctions for outrageous premiums, lying on loan applications, and refusing to take accountability for the countless problems he creates.When confronted, instead of making things right, he hides. He steals peoples hard-earned money, ignores their complaints, and then blocks their phone calls like a coward. This is not just bad businessits outright theft and exploitation.Benji **** and his business are the definition of shady. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be lied to, ripped off, and completely disrespected.

  I will NEVER in history recommend, nor spend my money with this company or any associated with it. I'm a black male. I went in looking for a car. I wanted to trade my car and put cash. Long story short. I wasted four hours with the sale guy who I could tell had very little experience. My battery ended up dieing. Would you believe not one Spanish mechanic would allow me to use there jump box or cables. They told me they miss places the jump box the day before. But I was literally standing in front of the jump box while he's telling me this. I ended up calling a friend whom was throwing up sick to come give me a jump. Sad part is I was gonna get two cars. God never makes mistakes. I would have had I brought my car from them. Worst customer care in history.

  Do NOT buy from from Benji Auto Sales located in *******. Don't be fooled by the helpful and friendly service before you buy the car. Once you pay for it, you will NOT be able to contact them again. My son bought a car from them and is still hoping to get the title for the car so he can purchase his license plate. It has been 5 months since he bought the car and still has not received the ******** researching, he learned that Benji Auto bought the car from an auction WITHOUT the ***** and sold the car to him WITHOUT the *****! I would rate 0 star if that was an option.

  If I could give zero stars, I would.I strongly advise against trusting this company. I regret not doing more thorough research before sending them my down payment. I ordered a Tesla Model Y from Benji Auto Sales, but it was never shipped to me here in *****. I was initially told the delay was due to a problem with the bank, which I understood at the time. However, after over a month of waiting, I decided to request a refund and no longer continue with the purchase. At that point, they seemed hesitant to issue my refund. I was told it would take 7-10 business days, but now, over a month later, Im still waiting for my $3,000 refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  Verbal agreement not valid. The kids **** and **** told me I had 3 days or 3000 miles to return a car I made a down payment on. I tried calling the next two days. Their mailbox was full and kept leaving me on hold along with **** and **** negating my calls and stopped making contact. I called and was told to speak to Financing. After calling over 30 times I got with ******* from financing and he told me the third day that I did not have the agreement in writing he could not honor the agreement. Negligent and abandonment are benji auto sales personnel.

  I have spoke to the car sales manager. He did a great job explaining to me that my pay off will be finish in the next 7 days from September 24th. He understood my frustration and assured me it will be handled in a very quick timely matter. I will keep updated on results.

  I have purchased a car from the ********* location, I have been trying to reach ***** who they say is in charge of pay offs for vehicles, I have been trying to reach the finance manager for contract related concerns and they do not answer, their mail boxes are all full and dont call back! My loan is due today September 24th for a car I have traded in. They dont show any signs of doing my pay off but have issued me a new loan for the car I purchased from them. I am also now having problems with my insurance as they have not even registered my car yet and my insurance agent has told me that the documents I have sent need a wet signature and I have mentioned this several times, they keep insisting I am all set. I am not all set nothing has been handled with my payoff or the registration of my car!! And I believe you have forged a signature of mine!
