Dear Nicole, On 02/02/2022 i emailed you in response to your email to inform you that Adriana's paternal grandfather had died suddenly on 01/30/2022 and i had also been hospitalized for a week in January and that is why she had missed some classes. On 02/03/2022, you responded saying you were understanding and as long as there was communication you would work with me/us. Though id like to add that NO condolences were given whatsoever and the lack of empathy for my daughter did not go unnoticed. On 02/05/2022, Adriana went to dance class and was told by Nicole that nobody cares what happened or what the reason was for missing class, nobody cares, you find a way, get a ride. My daughter had to hold back her tears and finish her rehearsals. Today, with zero communication with me you have charged my credit card $1625.00 and apparently dismissed her from the competitive dance team. This is the only assumption i can make bc you are charging me 5 months tuition and 3 rechoreography fees. You have no prior authorization by me to charge my card. As a matter of fact i notified you in writing on 11/20/2021 not to charge my card anything besides the one monthly tuition per month without first calling or emailing me to which you responded on 12/01 that in the future you would contact me first prior to billing my card. Today you fraudulently charged my card in addition to blocking me from the teams page on the Band App. I take this to mean that you are dismissing Adriana from the team without even notifying me or speaking to me. You cannot dismiss her from the team and proceed to bill my card $1625 for services that you are refusing to provide my daughter.
