So far, so GREAT!!! I have enjoyed working with Florida Power Management for my Roof replacement and Solar Addition. *** was extremely helpful throughout this entire process. He took his time explaining every step of the process and how the system will work. He made sure to advise me on what was best for my situation, and never attempted to over sell me on items I did not need. When getting other quotes, the companies were adding panels all over my roof. *** showed me the optimal areas and suggested that I wait to see if my needs change, and possible other alternatives. This is a testament to the company's integrity and I really appreciate all of their efforts to make my project a success!! Everyone that showed up to my home was wearing company shirts, always introduced themselves and advised me of the project ******* who was available for any questions. **** and ******** were also great with the completion of the project and they always checked in with me to advise of progress or asked if I had any questions. I would highly advise calling them for your roof and/or solar needs. A+++++++++ - Thank you.

A bunch of LIARS! I would never recommend this company or any of the "kids" that work there. I was swindled into getting solar and literally know nothing about it. I was hesitant and took my time thinking it over (1 month) Apparently, this was not okay with this company and they put a notice of commencement on my house without telling me, and LIED and said the finance company put the lien on it. They are ***** and tried to hold my house hostage, which costed money during my refinance. They have contractors that have expired licenses and their communication is HORRIBLE. I am taking this as far as possible to make sure that no one has to be a victim to BAD BUSINESS. **** ****** and ****................. ridiculous in all ways. Lied about the process, blamed me as the CONSUMER, for taking time to examine. Guess I should have done some more homework.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This customer signed up for ********************** from a sales organization called Dynasty Solar. We were given the Sunnova contract (Sunnova is the solar financier) by the bank to install . After we got engineering, filed and recieved a permit, called and scheduled an install and then installed the system, this customer claimed they were not aware they signed up for a solar lease with Sunnova with 2.9% annual escalator, even though Sunnova is a bank and requires things like a recorded welcome call verifying the customer knows what they are signing for as well as the customer putting in their payment information. Regardless we as an installer put the brakes on the solar inspection and reached out to the customer bypassing the sales group Dynasty solar. We attempted to figure out a better solution for the customer. I do believe the sales org was trying to get a sale, but I also believe they could NOT have signed all the documents completed a welcome call with ****** and the bank without ******'s cooperation. We put the whole thing on hold while we figured out a better solution. Customer stated they preferred ownership rather than a lease so we recommended a few financing options, keep in mind we had already installed a system and FPM was out the cost of the equipment, labor, permits, admin etc. Customer did applied for the 1st option we recommended and unfortunately was declined. We provided a few other options to try and ****** did NOTHING for 2 months. She did not apply she did not reach out to us she just let the system sit on her roof. All of the sudden we get a call from her mortgage person telling us we need to remove our "lien" asap so she can refinance. We have no lien, we have a notice of commencement needed for a permit. In Florida having a notice of commencement allows a construction compnay the ability to file a lien on a home IF they are not paid. We did not file a lien, but still had an open notice of commencement because solar requires one and it is not closed out until the project is fully completed. After the mortgage person and the underwriter seem to be running in circles not sure if ******* put a lien on the home (we didn't) or if its not a lien maybe it was the open *** that was causing the problem. The mortgage broker kept claiming a lien, but we had no lien so we suggested the broker speak with the underwriter more fully to figure out was needed to be done. We finally help them understand it has to be the notice of commencement. They pressure us to remove the *** within 3 days of the first call so ****** can finish her refinance. ****** sat on the account for months doing nothing and now all the sudden we are suppose to remove our *** (which gets done automatically when everything is finished). We politely say we cannot do that as that is our only safeguard to getting paid. The *** allows us to file a lien on the home IF ****** decided she doesn't want to get financing and she is not going to pay for the solar system. Finally ****** decides to move forward with her existing Sunnova lease agreement she signed with them and we tell her we will try and rush everything, BUT there are several things outside of our control LIKE the interconnection with the utility company, once we process the application with them they can take up to 30 days for the power company to swap the meter and enable solar. Sunnova WILL not pay us as an laborer for their contract until EVERYTHING is done. This unfortunately caused problems for ******, but ultimately is her responsibility. We did sell her solar, we are not the bank she signed a lease agreement with, we are the contractor that fulfilled the installation agreement given to us. The customer sat for MONTHS and did NOTHING then all the sudden we need to close the thing out within a few days of when they call so here refinance can go through and the request is that we remove our ONLY assurance we will get paid so she can refinance? She also called very frequently harassing office workers yelling at us out of frustration for the position that she was in and the moment everything was finally finished and the *** was removed as the project is done she immediately gets on BBB and trashes us, completely oblivious to how the process works. If there were homeowners to avoid working for this person would be one.

This is NOT a good company. **************** is not good, too much frustration to get things done. DO NOT WAIST YOU TIME dealing with them. ZERO STAR for them. It has been more than a year since i have been trying to get my solar system. I really DO NOT know which one of them is worse VISON SOLAR which is a closed company now who had me sign a contract then close their door OR FLORIDA POWER MANAGEMENT that was referred to me by the finance company name DIVIDEND. They inspected my house twice more than 4 months ago. and still DO NOT have an answer for me. When you try to ask them questions, they hung up the phone in your face with no answer. AGAIN, good luck IF YOU DECICE TO WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

To whom it may concern:My Solar project was started by Vision Solar who went Bankrupt and heir jobs were taken over by Florida Power Management.I was extremely pleased with the work of the crew sent to my home on Monday of this week. I have been waiting for months to see my Solar Project finished and the crew you sent finished it with a professional manner. Not only that, they were very respectful, cheerful, great representatives of your company. You can be very proud of them. I regret it took me this long to give them the kudo's they deserve. Very satisfied customer,**************

FPM was called to look at a system that was improperly designed and installed at my residence. Both **** and ***** came out and looked at the situation, quoted a fair price for repair and install, and we went to work. The company pulled everything off the house and totally redesigned the system with the parts that were available. It is a week later and I am pushing more power back then I am using. They took care of everything to provide an optimized system and peace of mind. Solar companies are sometimes interested in getting the sale and leaving the customers holding the bag, FPM cares about getting *************. I have received multiple followup calls and can't tell you how professional this work and company have been. Finally someone trustworthy in the industry.
