    If I could leave zero stars, I would they charged me on my certified preowned without me knowing that there would be a payment for anything I thought it would be for free since I bought it like brand new and now Im filing a huge complaint

    *************** you for your business. We see in the records that you were at the dealership yesterday and had an oil change and tire rotation completed. Hyundai Corporate does not reimburse the dealer or customer for any maintenance work on Pre-Owned vehicle, thus you are responsible for the maintenance on your vehicle. Your Hyundai Venue definitely was "like a brand new vehicle", but it was certainly disclosed to you as being a pre-owned, certified used vehicle. In your paperwork deal jacket, you signed all of the certified pre-owned paperwork which explains the entirety of the coverages and warranties. You also signed the Used car vehicle history report as well as the Used Car Buyer's Guide. I apologize that you didn't understand that the maintenance on the vehicle wasn't covered by the manufacturer, but the service manager did give you an additional $10 off the oil change for your troubles. We have a great team in the service department and we look forward to providing you great service in the future.

    We brought the suv Santa Fe 2020 from them on 9/28 and week later ac fan not working.we went twice to them for fixing it and they couldn’t do it.infect the service dept person name Clifton was were rude and disrespectful.also he lied that he changed blower and resistor.which was never changed.we couldn’t handle more without ac so we traded the car today and lost $7000 in less than one month.please don’t trust this dealer.

    We are sorry that you were having AC issues with a certified pre-owned vehicle you purchased from us.  We reviewed the history and on 10/9 we did in fact replace the AC fan and resistor under the factory warranty.  When it was brought back 10 days later for the same AC issue we were unable to duplicate any issues at all. We gave the customer a loaner vehicle so we could test it out over an extended period of time. We tested the entire AC system and noted that the freon levels were all full, and that all blowers, fans, and the compressor were working properly.  At that point, we returned the vehicle and have not had it back into the shop. Again, I am sorry that we were unable to duplicate the problems you were having and that you did not have a great experience with us. I hope that we can earn your business in the future.

    Would not recommend. Wait times are horrendous. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I was told I would need to leave it overnight that they would contact me when a loaner car was available. We're going on 3 weeks now and have heard nothing. After multiple callbacks I just keep hearing we will call you when we have a loaner car available with no time frame of how long it'll take until one is available when I asked if I should just take it to another dealership service advisor did not seem very concerned about not bringing it back for service. Feels to me like they just don't want to work on a warranty issue that they don't get paid much for. Not even an hour after leaving this review I was contacted by Lacey my service advisor from the service department who advised that because I left her a bad survey I was no longer welcome to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Extremely unprofessional behavior as well as borderline harassment. I tried leaving a complaints with the service manager but was only able to leave a voicemail and after reading other reviews I can see that I more than likely will never get a call back and nothing will ever happen. Stay far far away from this dealership and service departments horrible deplorable customer service.

    USE CAR BUYERS DON'T LEAVE THE SALE DESK WITHOUT REVIEWING ALL DOCUMENTS GIVEN IN AN ENVELOPE WITH THE KEYS.. Bill Whitecomb had me sign his tablet with the impression of was getting the remaining factory vehicle warranty. I sign his table only twice without viewing the whole documents, my error that won't happen again. I did review the other paper documents as I sign. I'm handed the keys and an envelope with all documents that I review when I get home. It's when notice a service contract for 2,000.00 that I said I didn't want, which must have been on the tablet. I went back 2hr later where they had me sign another contract with the corrections. My time was wasted because nothing was done. I was told Cap1 had refused to cancel the contract, but the maintenance contract was canceled will that 2 to 4 week for Cap1 to get the refund. To date three visits to dealerships have done nothing but more promises without results. Mr J ***** has listen to my complaint and each time Bill calls but that's it.
