  Nature Safe solutions hired for nuisance wildlife removal on 13 Dec 2023. When doing job they stepped through ceiling of living room in home and refuses to repair ceiling. Also failed to remove nuisance wildlife after numerous attempts.Requesting BBB assistance in getting the company to complete job and complete repairs to ceiling.   All work was completed in accordance to what was verbally agreed upon. This customer claims no work was done, We sealed entry points, installed exclusion device as well to allow squirrel to exit. The service was for Squirrels not Rats or Mice. The customer was made aware of this, We even painted the entry points we sealed and touched up spots out of courtesy! This customer verbally tried to sway one of our employees to leave and " start his own business" He also verbally told me " to not mess with someone who has a lot of free time". It is my opinion that this customer was trying to set us up from the beginning. He informed me he was very good at suing people, and had alot of free time to do so. This customer constantly texted me at 3 and 4 in the morning without any regard for personal space. He also claimed that we " Stepped through his ceiling". He has no evidence that we did so and the damage was probably already there.

  I am rejecting this response because he was hired to remove wildlife from the attic of the home and failed to honor this contract.  He also refused to repair ceiling of home when he stepped through the ceiling during his work.   Since they will not honor the contract that they signed then I will be filing in civil court as Mr. ******************************************************(hereinafter Plaintiff), hereby move this to civil court and sues the Defendants, Nature Solutions, LLC and,and *********************************** for breach of contract and repairs due to damage to Plaintiff home (Defendant stepped through ceiling of Plaintiffs living room).     On 13 December 2023, Nature Safe Solutions, LLC was contract for Nuisance Wildlife Removal for 5656 Rockfield loop for $650.00.  Payment for services was paid in full  and that this is an action for  breach of contract failing to perform services and causing damage to home during services, and refusing to complete the repairs causing Defendant to hire additional companies to complete pest removal, damage to property of home, and attorney and litigation fees which currently are for seven thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars and zero cents ($7,950.00), exclusive of attorneys fees, court costs, and prejudgment interest and costs.

  I have filed suit to get the company to honor its contract for wildlife remove. I have attached the filing with the clerks office since they are not wiliing to honor the contract or repair the damage .
