I wanted an estimate to get my a/c ducts repaired/replaced. A technician, *******************************, came on 4/26 to look at the problem. He said I would need to get a heat load calculation to determine what needs to be done with the a/c ducts. I agreed with the idea that I would use them to replace the a/c ducts. The cost was $585.00. $250 paid on the day the tech was there and $335.00 paid on 5/2 over the phone, they contacted me. This was the same day the tech was to come over and do the heat load calculation. The tech arrived, *****************, and took the measurements required and went over a few thing regarding what he was thinking about doing. The heat load calculation is supposed to be done and given to the first tech so he can contact me and go over what needs to be done. I did not receive a call for a while so I called on May 29 to get an update. A call center employee said they would have ****** or ***** reach out to me. I received the heat load calculation from *****, which does not mean anything to me and I received a call from ****** who left a message. I called ****** back about three times leaving messages two times and the last time I called it went straight to voicemail. I called Frank Gay again after and spoke to *****, I told him the situation and said I would need to have ****** contact me. ***** offered to have another tech come and give me an estimate and said he would have management contact me. Jun. 17 *************************** was the tech who was supposed to come and he was a no show. I reach out to Frank Gay again on June 24 and asked for a resolution and some type of compensation. ******* received the call and spoke to her lead ********************* about the situation. I was told to wait for a call from Management again. Now I am out 585 dollars for a calculation that I can't do anything with and I took off three days from work.
