    I have been living in the park apartments for 6 months now and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since Ive moved in. When I first moved in the apartment was gross and not ready to move in, it was not cleaned the carpet was filthy and the former leasing manager pocketed my deposit. He made me wait outside for 3 hrs so they could clean the carpet with my U-Haul that I only rented for 2 hrs. My A/C goes out every other week. They claimed to put a brand new A/c unit in but itll freeze and go out. My A/c has went out a total of 4 times in 6 months. The first time the a/c was out for 8 days by law they have 7 days to fix it. The leasing agents show no empathy but want rent on time. The building is old and gross and my roof has water damage. I was promised compensation for my A/c being out but they ONLY took $50 off rent. I have expressed my concerns about how unhappy I am and how much this is a hazard living in ******* heat to all leasing agents and manger but they will fast talk you to try to get you to stay quiet. I would not recommend this place to even a homeless person just seeking shelter. They are also raising rent $200 more just for them to not even fix the concerns that they have at hand. If I could break my lease I WOULD!

    4 years no A/C. Months without water. Mold. Roach infestation. You name it. They got it. Health violations. Right violations. They have no idea what they are doing and they just try to get by with little efforts.

    Hello I have review all the past and future and i dont have any tenant by the name. I have no resident that has been living at the Park with out a/c for 4 and water or mold and we treat for pest control all unit per resident request and we all building quarterly. can you Bobby *** please provide me a unit # or the address and they years live on property

    Been living there for over a year, a/c unit not working although I filled many requests. Other tenants are also having the same issues with no end in sight. They also say empty promises with no maintenance done for months. I watch over my elder mom, this is not right.

    Hello After review the complaint with Mr Javier with the BBB and i look into ir Mr Javier put in 14 workoder since he had been a resident on property since 1/9/2022 to present and the those work order 4 are them for a/c and all issues was address for the resident and i went to the the resident unit as well to look into the matter for a/c situation and the resident ( Mr Javier) was very dis respectful to me and took for his mom to apologize to me about the situation and how he spoke to m. because i went fix all issues for the resident nd i have copy of all work order for the unit and every time a tech went to the unit the mother ( Dolores) was home
