I purchased 16 drug tests over the phone as part of my RTD testing to reinstate my CDL. About a week goes by and I ended up receiving a job offer for a union steel mill position. After much consideration I decided I don’t want to peruse reinstating my CDL. So I call the Accredited Drug Testing Inc back. Mind you I’ve never used there services. I explain to them I’d like a refund. After being transferred and put on hold for over an hour I’m told by a manager they have a no refund policy, it’s stated on their website. I explain to the manager I didn’t purchase the tests from the site I called in and did everything via the phone and that no one explained that to me. They basically told me to get bent so now I’m out $1000 dollars to use testing where the nearest faculty to even preferm testing is a 30 minute drive from my house. Which they told me that’s the closest they can get and that it’s their policy. The company never explained this policy nor did they get anything in writing from me. This company committed theft against me and needs to be shut down for there malpractices!Initial Complaint

On 2/7/2023, I attempted to place an online order for a 10-panel urine drug test ($89.99) and a 5-panel hair follicle test (139.99) through the Smart Drug Testing website but encountered problems with it. I kept getting an error message. I called customer service @ 800-977-8664 to place my order (I have phone records). The representative stated that her system showed the 89.99 was pending for the Urine drug test; therefore, she would charge me for the hair follicle test, which was 139.99. I was supposed to receive an Order for the hair follicle and urine tests. Instead, I only received one order for the urine drug test, where they billed me 139.99. According to the website, I have a screenshot showing that the urine drug test was 89.99. Once I saw the order and the charge to my credit card, I immediately called this company to demand a refund. My phone records indicate that my first call after this order and payment was placed at 8:17 pm. I then called all numbers associated with Smart Drug Test/Accredited Drug Test. This company only provided the option of leaving a voicemail message. I have phone records showing numerous calls. I had to place a second order for the hair follicle and urine drug test through the US Drug Testing Center (I have proof of this order if needed). Smart Drug Testing/Accredited Drug Testing overcharged me for a urine drug test and never submitted an order for the hair follicle test, which forced me to go to a different company. I am requesting a full refund. I am filing my complaint under Accredited Drug Testing because they charged my credit card under Case #**************Initial Complaint

I paid $499 on 1/27/23 for a hair follicle test done on 1/30/23 to see if I had been roofied. The test came up negative for any drugs. I take a daily medication that should have shown up and I had used marijuana recently, so I knew the test results were bogus. A large chunk of hair was cut from my head beginning about SIX INCHES from my scalp!! I have since read that the sample must be taken as close to the scalp as possible. They either botched the test or it was a straight up scam. I'm leaning towards the latter. Either way, I deserve my money refunded. I did not get what I paid for! When I called to complain, they insisted that they had called me and received a list from me of my daily medications and that they had removed them from the test results - NOT TRUE! They never called me. I requested a refund. They said that they would call me about issuing the refund, but they never called.Initial Complaint

I contacted accrediteddrugtesting place in December 2022. I requested a service for 12 panel hair follicle with one year look back, which they assured me they provide and we continued with a payment over the phone. I paid about $700 and they said it will be 7-10 business days for results to come in. Today is 01/25/2023 and I still haven't got the results! I been calling everyday and they keep taking my name and number and telling me that they will contact me with update. But still nothing yet. This test is for a custody case and it's time sensitive. I don't know where else to turn to get this resolved. Their office is in Florida and I live in Washington state.Customer response

I paid $350 on 11/4 for a drug test collector training course. After not being able to access my account to start the course, I called about the problem. After not hearing back, I called again and then received an email on 12/13 saying I would receive a response that same day. After no response I called, again, and was told the guy I was in contact was on vacation. This is on 1/3. After that phone call, I conveniently received an email immediately trying to help me get into the course. At this point we went with a different company because I needed to get certified and wasn’t receiving any help. They then refused to refund me.Initial Complaint

I work for the WSDOT Ferry division, and in October this year I needed to take a DOT5 Panel Drug Test for work. I looked online and found Accredited Drug Testing Services. I followed all the prompts to purchase this test and in the process I was shown on the web site that there were two sites in the area of Kitsap county that I could go and have the test completed. They were both in Silverdale, WA. Well that is right in my neighborhood so I purchased the service for $69.99 by credit card. I received an order confirmation, no price shown. The confirmation said I was to go to Bothel, Wa to have the test done. I immediately called Accredited and told them they showed me on the web site during the purchase that the test would be performed in Silverdale, WA. There is a big difference in the distance from my home to either of these towns. The two Silverdale locations they showed me on the site were only 1.5 miles from my home. Bothel, WA is 33 miles from my home involving taking ferries to cross the Puget Sound. That's not what I was paying for. I was paying to take a drug test that could be given within northern Kitsap County. That is not what they have given me. I have talked to several of their personnel regarding this over the past two months and have received nothing but promises to return my money for false advertisement. Nothing has happened to date except lip service. I am requesting that my fee be returned do to this mistake on their part. It was clear on the website that I could do the test in Silverdale, not Bothell. I believe that this is a business that is using deception to sell and then pressuring customers to go where they want you to while threatening that you can not have a refund. They told me they thought I deserved a refund simply because the Bothel site was so far away. After several long phone calls, and being told that I would be refunded, I still have not been refunded. I paid for a drug test in November 2022 that I was told I need falsely by my lawyer. I immediately contacted this business and was told numerous times by many managers that I was going to be refunded. I have been told the refund was issued and never received it. I'm a single mother and struggling and explained this and have been assured my refund has been issued and it's not. At this point many people at this business have lied to me and my calls go not returned. I even spoke to the corporate office. Where's my refund?Initial Complaint

Purchased a drug testing package from website (**********************************) and there was never delivery on service and business is unreachable to ***** and process refund of $169.98. The company advertises as 24/7 Support, however, I have left messages without response when mailbox is not full. The location given did not exist and I also had explained that I had already purchased a test and they did not explain to me that I didn't need to purchase another test for another location, and could use the test I had already purchased, and charged me anyways. I paid 300 for a drug test that was not supposed to expire and the document that I am supposed to take to the lab expired 7 days after purchase and I have attempted to call accredited drug test and no answer and also attempted to emails as well and no response!
