Purchased a drug testing package from website (https://accrediteddrugtesting.com) and there was never delivery on service and business is unreachable to grant and process refund of $249.98. The company advertises as 24/7 Support, however, I have left messages without response when mailbox is not full.

On 8/28/2022, I did a search for local drug testing facilities in the Mountain Home, Idaho area. The web site for Accredited Drug Testing stated they had test locations in Mountain Home, Idaho, Grand View Idaho and Glenn's Ferry, Idaho. A payment was made with my credit card for $139.98 at this time for two tests to be done in Grand View, Idaho. A short time later the company called and stated they did not have facilities in Mountain Home, Grand View or Glenn's Ferry and that the closest facilities that could provide testing were in Kuna, Idaho or Boise, Idaho. Both of these locations are approximately 100 miles round trip. When a refund was requested, the company denied the refund making it necessary to travel to Kuna instead of local. The company's phone number is 800-221-4291 and the reference number is *********. I believe Accredited Drug Testing should quit advertising for services in locations that they do not provide services. My phone number is ************** if you need any additional information. Thank you.

I found Accredited drug testing through a google search for a 12-panel hair follicle test. On their website they advertised that multiple locations in the city in which I lived offered this service. I purchased the test through them on 03/09/2021 and they sent a referral and instructions on where to go. I went to the Labcorp location listed in their email. When I got to Labcorp they assured me that they did not perform this test at most locations- then closest actual location was 2 hours from my house and it was booked out for weeks. I called Accredited Drug Testing immediately letting them know and they agreed to pass the refund request to accounting immediately. Throughout the last 3+ months I have had unsuccessful attempts at receiving the refund of $399.99. Most recently a refund was "approved" by Amanda in accounting at Accredited Drug Testing at the end of May and she said that they process refunds twice a month only and I would be refunded on 05/27/2022. I emailed again to follow up on the status of the refund on 06/03/2022 and no response was given. I called today 06/23/2022 to inquire about the refund again and was told that Amanda no longer worked there and they would look into it and call me back. After multiple attempts for months with no resolution I am filing this complaint in an effort to get a refund of $399.99 from 03/09/2022 after false advertising for testing convinced me to purchase from them.

We bought from this company a service for doing a DOT mandated drug test for one of our employees. Although their website says drug test results come in 24 to 72 hours, we were waiting for results for over 8 days and still could not get clear information from them during these days. When calling them they were constantly putting us on hold. On day 9 they said they could not find drug test result because of the collection site's and need to reschedule. I cannot trust this business anymore to do another drug test and waste time so I requested them to refund the money we paid to them. They refused explaining that they have a no-refund policy. They failed to provide a service to us on time and refuse to refund money.

I ordered and paid for a drug test on 03/12/2022 for a family member. It is now 03/24/2022 and I still do not have the results. Each time I call, I am told to check my email including spam/ junk email as it will be emailed to me. To date, I have received nothing. Each employee I speak with put me on hold for 15 minutes at a time and even had one employee tell me that I cannot be given the results over the phone, which is interesting because they had no issue taking my payment over the phone. No one seems to know what is going on. I asked for refund and they have not provided me with a refund as yet. try unethical to take payment for a service that was never provided. This company is a farce and ripping off consumers.

I wanted a accredited BBB business to do a hair follicle test for me. I googled for these services and found accredited drug inc. on all email from this business they have at end of email this business is accredited by BBB which I know now that is not true. I seeked a specialized a 30 day hair follicle test. I spoke with Megan who said these services were possible through an they use which is ***** LABS. Megan sent emails and over phone was very adamant only way I could get this test is when I go into lab to give sample to have them hand write 30 days on test. When I went to concentra to give my sample I did just that I had lab rep hand write 30 days on lab paperwork. This lab doesn't provide a 30 day test btw. So when I got my results on lab paperwork it said 30 days but rep supervisor who called & gave me results results told me lab DOESNT have platform for a 3o day test and panel code given for my exact hair test was for a 90 day test only type of test they do. I kind of already knew this because I searched online and accredited drug inc was only lab that claimed to be able to provide a 30 day test. So I called them & told them what I learned & they said it clearly states on lab paperwork it was a 30 day test I said that bc u asked me to have them hand write on paperwork but lab paperwork went to doesn't offer 30 days test. I have SEVERAL emails from them stating it was a 30 day test even though I called & looked at exact lab and only 90 days test are available. Megan was only after a sale not actually fulfilling customers needs and knows only reason 30 days is in lab work is bc she asked me to hand write it not that lab actually does 30 days tests. I believe a refund should be necessary since I didn't get services I paid for. I asked for them to correct paperwork at least to reflect 90 days & they refused still saying it was a 30 day test even though lab doesn't offer 30 day test. These practices are revolting and believe every other complaint on bbb site.

On 10/6/2021 I ordered a hair drug test to prove in family court that I had not been using Marijuana in the past 90 days. I was assured that the test I purchased for $114.99 would only test that time period of the past 90 days. I was sent to Simple Clinic to take the test same day. The results were positive for marijuana on 10/19/21. I asked that these results not be released to my attorney accredited drug testing assured me that the results would only be sent to me, but results were sent to my attorney anyway. A supervisor called "Candace" apologized that her employee told me incorrectly that the results would not be delivered to my attorney. I then explained to Candace that I suspected the testing must have been done in error because in order for me to test positive for marijuana, the test would have had to go back close to a year, as I had not used marijuana in the past 90 days and had just given birth to a child in June and was still breastfeeding and not using any form of marijuana. I asked Candace how the testers know which end of the hair to test and she explained that the instructions ask for the hair to be place with root end towards a certain way in the test sample container. When I told her that was not done correctly, she first said it was my fault for signing off on the test, but I reminded her that I was only asked to verify that the sample was mines, not that the collector read the instructions correctly. She immediately issued me a free new test but did not indicate that the test was issued because there was an error made in testing. I immediately took the new test, I had the same collector and I helped make sure the hair was placed correctly. The second test results were negative but dispite the tester admitting to doing the first test wrong, Candace continued to claim that it was impossible for her company to invalidate the first test. The tester even verified that I still had in the same dirty braids and did not wash or change my hair.
