  I took a breathalyzer test and results were 0 blood alcohol. When they sent me a copy of my results it shows .02 .I called the technician that gave me the test and they said my test was 0 ba. So now I'm having issues with my employer over this huge s**** up from them

  Im still waiting for my results it said 3 to 5 business days its been ten now Im about to lose a job I desperately need not to mention it cost me 89$ to do the test makes no sense to me do not go with this company it *****

  I had nothing bad but customer service and problems. I purchased a five panel urine test with rapid results. There was mix *** on what clinic I was supposed to go to and then for some reason they canceled my e pass when I finally did go to the right clinic so I had to wait and call them to send me a new e pass. It's been about five days since I took the drug test and no results back still so I emailed them asking for a refund on the difference in cost between rapid tests and standard tests and haven't gotten any kind of reply. Also one time when I called I was just hung up on. I definitely sensed some attitude from the customer service representatives besides one lady was nice to me but that was only because they made a mistake Im thinking. All in all definitely not happy with their service won't recommend them and definitely won't be using them again.

  If we could give them a minus 5 (-5) we would. Why anyone would use this company in the future is beyond my comprehension. We paid $499.99 for a 14 Panel Hair test. After waiting almost two weeks and not receiving a reply, we tried calling them. After multiple tries, someone finally answered. We were advised they are not the ones conducting the test and gave us no fewer than three (3) other numbers to call. All inquiries failed. We finally received an email telling us that the Sample was lost "in-transit". Someone PLEASE shut down this rip-off company.

  Paid $100 for a drug test. The facility chosen did not have hours that I could make so I phoned to change locations. When I was told very rudely that that was the only location I asked for a refund and was refused. I called back again and was given a different location. When I called the location I was told that the test would be $55 (no where near the $100 I paid). There is now also a question as to whether or not they will accept my payment through Accredited. I am waiting to hear about that right now. Very POOR!!!

  These guys had terrible service and would only allow you to go to place that was cheap. They couldnt even find me a location I had to find the location on ****** myself. Ive called 4 times trying to get a refund for services I didnt receive. Youre much better off not using them and saving your money. Clearly I was more competent with my research than they were .

  If I could give this company a "0" star review, I would. I needed to test myself with a cousin for a court matter. I verified 2 times that they can test us. When I called back to schedule, I was told they can't do that. They offered to have me speak to a manager with a question I asked. Put me on hold, then I was mysteriously disconnected. I called back, asked for ***** (who had been talking to me) and was on hold for a minimum of *********************************************** several times to the queue. Bottom line, they give uninformed answers and then avoid helping with anything else. This experience has been awful. Never again.

  I placed an order for a non dot physical and a tb skin test for ******************* in Slidell LA through nationalworkforcescreenings.com which is owned by *****/ ***************** owner of ADT. I got the ecscreen in my email and it's for a location that's over 45 miles away. I called in to speak to someone and was told that that's the closest location that does these test. These test are simple and can be done at Pelican urgent care because I called them after the fact and set up an appt for $100 when your company changed me $248. Listing all these companies as testing centers is fraudulent and misleading and a no refund policy is equally bad business. This makes you out to be a scam company. People are giving you their personal information and you are misleading them with services that you can not render. I know that a refund request has been put in but it shouldn't be a request, it should be a guaranteed refund. Of course my refund was denied and I am out $248.00.

  I ordered a test online and went to the location i chose and they where closed. I called ADT drug testing and they said they will send me an email when they schedule it. 3 days later no email so i called and they said they must have sent it to the wrong email but ibcould go test that day and gave me the location. I took a drug test on April 2nd. On April 10 still had no results so I called and they told me it should be within 2 days. Still no results. When I call back they put me on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting. I will never use this place again and would not recommend anyone else to use them.

  I called to get help with hours of operation. The operator for this company told.me I must pay first before I can receive info on hours of operation. I paid at 11:44 am qnd the place they sent me to closed at 12pm. I did t receive an email till 3pm. When I called to get my money back I was told by the manager that unfortunately because I did it online there is no refund. This is a scam!
