Paid $100 for a drug test. The facility chosen did not have hours that I could make so I phoned to change locations. When I was told very rudely that that was the only location I asked for a refund and was refused. I called back again and was given a different location. When I called the location I was told that the test would be $55 (no where near the $100 I paid). There is now also a question as to whether or not they will accept my payment through Accredited. I am waiting to hear about that right now. Very POOR!!!

These guys had terrible service and would only allow you to go to place that was cheap. They couldnt even find me a location I had to find the location on ****** myself. Ive called 4 times trying to get a refund for services I didnt receive. Youre much better off not using them and saving your money. Clearly I was more competent with my research than they were .

If I could give this company a "0" star review, I would. I needed to test myself with a cousin for a court matter. I verified 2 times that they can test us. When I called back to schedule, I was told they can't do that. They offered to have me speak to a manager with a question I asked. Put me on hold, then I was mysteriously disconnected. I called back, asked for ***** (who had been talking to me) and was on hold for a minimum of *********************************************** several times to the queue. Bottom line, they give uninformed answers and then avoid helping with anything else. This experience has been awful. Never again.

I placed an order for a non dot physical and a tb skin test for ******************* in Slidell LA through nationalworkforcescreenings.com which is owned by *****/ ***************** owner of ADT. I got the ecscreen in my email and it's for a location that's over 45 miles away. I called in to speak to someone and was told that that's the closest location that does these test. These test are simple and can be done at Pelican urgent care because I called them after the fact and set up an appt for $100 when your company changed me $248. Listing all these companies as testing centers is fraudulent and misleading and a no refund policy is equally bad business. This makes you out to be a scam company. People are giving you their personal information and you are misleading them with services that you can not render. I know that a refund request has been put in but it shouldn't be a request, it should be a guaranteed refund. Of course my refund was denied and I am out $248.00.

I ordered a test online and went to the location i chose and they where closed. I called ADT drug testing and they said they will send me an email when they schedule it. 3 days later no email so i called and they said they must have sent it to the wrong email but ibcould go test that day and gave me the location. I took a drug test on April 2nd. On April 10 still had no results so I called and they told me it should be within 2 days. Still no results. When I call back they put me on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting. I will never use this place again and would not recommend anyone else to use them.

I called to get help with hours of operation. The operator for this company told.me I must pay first before I can receive info on hours of operation. I paid at 11:44 am qnd the place they sent me to closed at 12pm. I did t receive an email till 3pm. When I called to get my money back I was told by the manager that unfortunately because I did it online there is no refund. This is a scam!

Ordered a 5 panel urine test to start a clinical for school. After getting the test done I heard nothing from them after 5 business days, so I called to check the status at which time they stated the test was canceled due to being lost in transit! I then requested a refund because no testing was ever done, and they stated they had a no refund policy. Unreal! Very dissatisfied with the whole ordeal and will never use their services again! Paid $70 for nothing!

It has been 21 days and I still don't have my drug results. They say that they are ready but they have not emailed them to me after they said they would. There mailbox stays full and you waste hours of your day trying to get ahold of them. NOT A GOOD COMPANY!

2023:Looks like I'm going to be the one devil's advocate and go to bat for ADT...I've used ADT's drug testing services every month for the past 12 months (requirement of probation, did not live in the county so had to find own testing center) all at random dates and they've been a life saver.It's the easiest way to schedule a specific/necessary drug test (ex: Direct Observed Collection 5 Panel Drug + Alcohol ETG Urine) with ease (at home, online, with credit card). Emails you the donor pass, results, lets you pick the location/switch locations indefinitely.Results come as a convenient PDF straight to you, includes PRIVATE FACILITIES (not just giant LabCorp or ***** center). You can go to basically any walk in clinic you like.I'm honestly not sure what anyone else required to take regular drug tests does otherwise. I've searched around for cheaper tests/services and nothing comparable exists. Most don't even offer Observed collections (req. for court, probation, army). Do you know how hard that is to find as a male? (Observed meaning a male doctor/provider has to be on site and physically watch you. ADT calls around to find a facility for you). Do you know how much of a LIFESAVER ADT is when you have 48 hours to comply with randomly announced drug test? And face punishment if fail to test.Would recommend for a la carte urine drug/alcohol testing needs. Can't comment on hair or blood testing. I would say the target customer for ADT would be anyone facing random punitive illicit substance screenings (rehab, probation, court ordered, substance abuse treatment).There customer service is *************** too. For the market they exist in, ADT succeeds.Regards.

My daughter was accused of a drug overdose in hospital by the staff. No drug test were done at the time for proof. I found Accredited Testing on line. I didn’t check the BB site. My fault they were given a F rating. I payed them $600 for a hair sample drug test. It said 5 to 7 days for results. It’s day 8 and they tell me the labs equipment is broke. I ask to have it sent somewhere else. They said they couldn’t do that. I ask for refund and will probably never see that. I feel I’ve been scammed. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. My daughter was not on drugs has a neurological issue. They don’t deserve a one star rating.
