Company sold me 2 drug tests directing me to a local drug testing facility. I confirmed my order via phone. The company did not email me a receipt or confirmation code. When I showed up to my local testing facility, they stated 1). they never habe provided this type of testing and 2). never recieved any scripts for the order. When I tried to call the company to discuss, their phone was disconnected. They did not resolve this issue with my credit card company when I disputed the charges.Initial Complaint

A week ago I ordered an 11 panel screen hair follicle test. I was ordered the test for $254 and was told to report to the ********* location. I arrived at the ********* location at 4:30 p.m. for LabCorp and quest to be told by the people that are working there that LabCorp and quest no longer work or are associated with them. I look it up in my email and I had received an email about ******************************************************** ******** which is about 30 minutes away. On my way to the ******** location I look up LabCorp and see that LabCorp closes at 5:00. So I called LabCorp and got their answering machine at 4:15 4:20 and 4:30. I called LabCorp customer service and got on the phone with a LabCorp customer service agent and they stayed on the phone with me for almost ************************************************************* ********. I ended up having to go to a different company and pay for a different drug test due to the fact that the place that they sent me was no longer a place of service for the company that they sent me for The time on the website had the wrong time of when the company closed the what the website the page they sent me for the the test said they closed at 5:00 and when they were in ********* 2 years ago they closed at 4:00 not 5:00 but that was 2 years ago. The Callaway destination closes at 4:00 and takes the last test available at 3:00 both of which were not told to me. I tried to get my money back into a refund through LabCorp and couldn't because it was bought from a third party from the accredited drug testing place I called the accredited drug testing place the lady I talked to was very nice she could not find my payment or my file anywhere. 30 minutes after talking to her and she finally found it then she told me that I would have the refund within 24 hours. I receive an email 48 hours later saying that my account has been put in for a refund review. Another 24 hours later I receive an email saying deniedInitial Complaint

?My name is *******************************. I ordered drug testing as a requirement for my son in nursing school from an online site, Accredited Drug Testing. The online site claimed they had "discounted" rates for drug testing, so I paid $75.99 via credit card. I followed the online instructions and went to a location listed through their website. Upon arrival, I was told that they have never heard of discount prepayments and that I was just scammed by a fraudulent website. The drug testing rate the location charged me was far less than the $75.99 online discounted rate through Accredited Drug Testing. I spoke with *************************, a manager and she refused to refund me. I then emailed the President and VP twice: ******************************* and ******************************* as well as left a voice mail for the *** ****, at *********************. I never heard back. I then went online and discovered numerous complaints against this company noting the same issue. It is very concerning to me that leadership from the company didn't get back to me and may have stolen my credit card information.Per policy on their website, because I never received a donor pass and can and should receive a refund.There written policy: When a drug test, alcohol test, physical or any service is scheduled / purchased and the test registration / donor pass is issued, it is non-refundable. Tests or services may be rescheduled or a credit will be provided for future testing or services, however testing and lab protocols have been established when the donor pass has been issued and no refunds are available.I am requesting a refund from Accredited Drug Testing in the amount of $75.99.I am also requesting you please publicly post this information, so others will not be further harmed and taken advantage of.Thank you, *******************************, ************, ********************Initial Complaint

I placed an order on this website for a pre employment physical and tb skin test. Upon checkout there were hundreds of locations listed and several in my hometown. Of course I picked the nearby location. The next day I got the escreen In my email only to find that they picked another location Which was ******************************************************************************************************************** that did these simple screening. They basically listed all these locations to pick from upon Check out leading you to believe that these were available sites to get the test done. The person on the phone said that they would put in a request for a refund Which was denied. I Called pelican ****** care which was Original location of choice when I checked out And they told me that they do these simple test and that it would cost Me a $100. This company is fraudulent by listing all th3se testing sites at checkout just told be told after you've spent the money that these sites are available. And they have a no refund policy which only benefits their scam. They charged me $248 for a service that was unavailable to begin with.Initial Complaint

i purchased 2 papr respiratory test, the company scheduled with local office, when i arrived the office said they dont offer test and the company does not offer test thru any of there partners. i asked for a refund and accredited drug testing said they will research issue and call me back. *** called back several times and they put me on hold and never pick up line. this is fraud.Initial Complaint

Bought a "package" of 10 drug tests for random testing of employees for workmen's compensation compliance. First, the "passes" for the employees were wrong, then only received one drug test back and it was incorrectly conducted. I purchased a Rapid 10-Panel Urine Drug Test through this company. The representative I spoke to and order the test through asked me to hold to make sure the collection site she was sending me to could do this provided the candidate showed up before 6pm today. She verified it, sent me the Chain of Custody form which I forwarded to the candidate. He drives 45 minutes to this location only to be told that their equipment hasn't been working all day - so sorry they can't do it. After I speak with him, I call the company again and speak to another representative who finds another location about ***** minutes further away, she puts me on hold to confirm that if he goes over there, they will be able to process it. I forward the updated Chain of Custody form to him, and he goes over there and takes the drug test. I called the clinic and then Accredited Drug Testing to try and get the expedited results that I already paid for, and they said that there was a problem with the machine and it's going to have to be sent to a lab where the results will not take 3-5 days instead of immediate results. Every time I deal with this company for rapid results, they NEVER deliver. In speaking with a manager, to try and get a resolution, she was no help and said that she couldn't even give me a partial refund. This company does not deliver what it promises.Initial Complaint

Accredited Drug Testing falsely lists my address as their business. A customer prepays them an inflated price on line for a DOT physical. The instructions tell them that "no appointment is needed".I have no relationship with Accredited Drug Testing and I want them to remove my address from their webpage. I purchased 16 drug tests over the phone as part of my RTD testing to reinstate my CDL. About a week goes by and I ended up receiving a job offer for a union steel mill position. After much consideration I decided I don’t want to peruse reinstating my CDL. So I call the Accredited Drug Testing Inc back. Mind you I’ve never used there services. I explain to them I’d like a refund. After being transferred and put on hold for over an hour I’m told by a manager they have a no refund policy, it’s stated on their website. I explain to the manager I didn’t purchase the tests from the site I called in and did everything via the phone and that no one explained that to me. They basically told me to get bent so now I’m out $1000 dollars to use testing where the nearest faculty to even preferm testing is a 30 minute drive from my house. Which they told me that’s the closest they can get and that it’s their policy. The company never explained this policy nor did they get anything in writing from me. This company committed theft against me and needs to be shut down for there malpractices!
