On Wednesday, August 7 @ 8:26 PM I ordered two Medium pizzas from ******* in ***********, **. I paid $22.66 which included a $10.00 loyalty reward and claimed a special for 2 medium Pepperoni Magnificos. What was delivered was 1 medium pepperoni magnifico and 1 Italian sausage only pizzas. I did not notice that the second one was wrong until putting them in the fridge later that night. I called the restaurant the next evening and spoke to a *** who claimed to be the manager. I explained my issue and she was trying to make the problem my fault because I didn't call the night before. She said her she didn't have any options to do anything since this was another business day. She wanted me to accept a per cent off another order. I said that was unacceptable and all I wanted was her to give me what I originally ordered. After going back and forth about what she couldn't do she finally agreed to make me that pizza provided I return the wrong one. I brought up that this really wasn't fair because I already paid the delivery fee for two pizzas to be delivered. She refused to send the corrected pizza out saying they were too busy. I agreed to this and sent my friend to pick up the remade pizza. However, unbeknown to me my roommate took two of the pieces for lunch. So I sent the remaining 6 slices and $10 in case she was going to make an issue of the missing pieces. When my friend got there they said he needed to pay $19 in order to get the corrected pizza. In total disbelief I told him to just come back and I would contact the corporate office. That too was a farce trying to get anyone with customer relations so I'm turning to you to help get this resolved. In summary, I bought and paid for two medium "Pepperoni Magnifico" pizzas, only received one. The local store would only correct their mistake by giving them back the incorrect pizza in exchange for the one I should have received in the first place. They tried to charge $19 for two missing pieces!Customer response

Greetings, my apologies for omitting the local store address: Marco's Pizza, 763 S. Orlando Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. I believe I did supply the BBB with the Corporate Office address of 5252 Monroe Street, Toledo, OH 43623. Thank you again for your assistance resolving this matter. Please contact me if I can provide any more information.
Sincerely,

Ordered food for pick-up. I was given the price on the phone when I ordered. When I arrived, I was charged more than quoted. Isn't this the old 'bait & switch' - giving one price then charging a higher price?
