Confused, dismayed, and now in debt for services I can not use. The false promises of services and guidance are unjust. We have attempted several times to use the services, but we get the runaround and cannot use or book the services as explained when we purchased this expensive package. When trying to schedule hotel stays, using the holidays lounge and interval was MORE costly than scheduling with my membership, and when we did book with the program, it turned out the company used ******* to book our stay. The add-on packages and incentives can still not be claimed. We were given Live Nation tickets, and none of the codes work; the EuroPlus free 3 weeks is another incentive we cannot utilize. Due to the dates and the country we wanted to travel to, they are unavailable. It was the same for the 3/2 stay in *********, we paid the deposit, but when we tried to schedule the days we wanted, they were unavailable, but we were returned our deposit. We also had an issue with the package sold to us. Our contract states we purchased the Platinum Package, but it showed Gold when we logged into the portals. We agreed to the platinum package to use the highlighted incentives. When we attempted to discuss our concerns, we were asked to send over a copy of the contract, which is still unresolved. Another issue is that they have the wrong first name in the system; they are using my middle name as my first, and we have mentioned this several times to Interval and Holidays Lounge. This has been a horrible experience and stressful as we are paying for services we cannot us.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from the *********** "Holiday's Lounge" also Vacancy Rewards. Somehow they are connected with **********************. It's all a SCAM. We were told the membership was $25K and ultimately settled on paying $13K so we thought we got a deal. Their properties are more expensive then just going online and using Expedia, or Priceline etc... They have cruises that are also more expensive then just booking with a cruise line. This organization should be put out of business by the *** and they owners put in jail. We never got any satisfaction or any good vacation deal or anyone to talk to who would help us properly. They never return calls. Please do not signup with this company... just run away!!!! The "legitimate" travel businesses of the world should sue to get these unscrupulous travel scam business out of their industry - it give the whole industry a bad name.

0 stars. Entire scam of a company. I won tickets on a radio.. I was told to go pick up my tickets after paying a fee of $99. Once I get to the hotel Im told I have to sit through a presentation. 2 hours!!! Which turned into 6 hours of them trying to convince me.. the sales *** then used the tactic on me that I could sell these vacations and make money. So i caved.. under pressure. No one informed me i would not have access to see the inventory until 30 days AFTER.. so giving me the choice to cancel within 3 days.. ALSO A TACTICAL SCAM. The inventory is trash and expensive. Way better deals on ******* WITH AIRFARE. I have reached out multiple times to cancel.. and was offered a couple month ago by the most disgusting sales *** **** CARLOS ****. He has been nothing but nasty, disrespectful, condescending person. The fact that he ***resents part of the company alone lets you know the kind of company it is. Today I asked him if i could speak to someone above him.. he said the only one above me is God like is this even a real business for them to allow their ***s to speak to us this way. He offered me to be let out of my contract for $195, after already giving them over $200 and the HEADACHE this has brought. I have done everything to find corporate numbers and emails to speak to someone with sense and authority. Its almost like it ceases to exist.

This place is the worst example of a business. None of these ppl have your best interest at heart. Theyll take advantage of you while traveling. They have ppl they scout out ppl for their own benefit. Especially if youre from out of town or visiting. Youll think you won a prize on a boat and then it goes to you breaking your wallet for a false timeshare with extreme limitations on booking. You find all that out a month later when you finally have access and nothing is working in your favor. Holiday lounge doesnt give a **** about you or your money. They just want your residuals. I wouldnt recommend this place to a single person on earth. I really hope this place closes in the near future and everyone that was scammed gets all of their money ******* Blessed!

Worse decision ever. Signing up for this has been the biggest mistake of my life financially speaking. There is never availability, hotels and properties are extremely far away from everything else so you cannot make a normal trip to know places or anything, mostly secluded areas. I complained and they ignored me completely. Paid for it and have tried to use it (since I paid for it) NEVER BEEN ABLE TO in my opinion is a huge SCAM.

DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS!!! I REPEAT - DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS! No matter how sweet the deal looksThe only reason my ************* found ourselves here is because we entered a Raffle & were picked to win an 8day/7night vacation getaway. In order to claim the prize, we were required to attend a sales presentation of the *** vacation programs they have. We knew this was going to ****, but WOW did it exceed our expectations of just how much it would ****. Im not going to get into the details of the vacation programs, the only thing you need to know is that the entire sales pitch is meant to confuse you and sell what sounds like a no-brainer. These people are the sleaziest **************** to exist who prey on lower to middle-class (and likely less educated) families & sell them a dream of enjoying multiple huge vacations every year for an affordable cost. My ************* were smart about this & went into this knowing for a fact that we were not gonna sign up for anything, we were simply going to sit through their presentation & leave with our prize. They tried to sell us the sun, the stars, & the moon & would not rest until we reached our breaking point, & very aggressively and directly said you are not listening to us. We are not purchasing anything. Please take us to where we claim our prize & can leave. We walked away from this experience feeling VIOLATED & genuinely sad for the families who are falling for this insanity. This company knows what they are doing by targeting very specific demographics who are an easy sale. It may seem like a no-brainer to sign up for this scheme but dont do it. They give 0 time for you time to ask questions, they scribble gibberish & numbers on a notebook and talk at you for 2 hours straight. Their programs lock people into a lifetime of monthly payments that likely amount to far more than you would ever spend on vacations. Dont put yourself through this. Its not worth the excruciating experience.

My wife and I was scammed like everyone else on here. We thought that we were getting a great deal to be able to vacation and stay in hotels that this company owns. We sat in on a 3 hour presentation back in Sep 2023. They gave us a wonderful break down of all the places we could go and even bumped us to Platinum status for the Gold price of the membership. We had to wait 30 days before we could log onto any site. We gave them a down payment and they sold us a pipe dream of being able to log onto all of the sites pertaining to the company and start booking trips and hotels. They even gave us a weekend trip to Vegas and when we checked into going we would have to pay x amount of dollars to book a hotel which would cost more to use Holidays Lounge than it would to book it and stay anywhere in Vegas. Anything we look up whether here in the states or to stay at their "RESORTS" in ****** would cost more than not using them. They gave us a "so called" free cruise where we would pay *************** an Interior Room and we could use a travel agent and pay less for the same room. This company will sell you a nice dream but it's real taking peoples money. We called to see about getting out of the contract and because we are 3 months into this contract we can't get out. If anyone knows a way that we can get out of this please let us know. I almost forgot, by me being a Vet they said we will give you a Military Discount. I should have went with my gut and told them no right at the start. I don't care about the money that I lost already but I just don't want to lose anymore. These people are making thousands of dollars from people like us. Stay away from this company.
